Late at night.

Zoe had just finished a drinking session. 

To be honest, she wasn't fond of this bustling city, even though Kuhang was the most prosperous place in the country. Only adults struggling to make a living in this city could truly understand the pressure and fast pace it imposed.

Everything required effort, and there were too many stresses with nowhere to release them. Gone were the days when socializing was just for the sake of socializing. Now, every interaction was for business, and drinking was only for work.

Busy until now, she still couldn't afford her own house, like most people, adapting to the reality that she might have to rent for the foreseeable future. 

Despite this, she kept working hard to bring hope to her mundane life.

Like on this rest day, a call from her boss meant she had to go out and attend a drinking party for so-called business.
