Sengoku after a moment of time asked " How do you know about Ohara and Pregnant women incident?" .

"Oh that, is this the reason, you are threatening me?" Max asked bewildered, 'hehehe of course you will target me after I reveal the dark secrets of yours' Inside his head.

"Just anwer my question?" Sengoku yelled.

Max frowned seeing this and this time released full power of his Conqueror haki, even Vice admirals were Fainted from Max's full power Haki pressure, Conqueror territory can even break sturdiest material, much less their pitiful mind.

The Conqueror's Haki emanated an aura of dominance, shattering the mental barriers of those around Max. Its energy was potent enough to break through even the strongest and most resilient minds, leaving those in its vicinity vulnerable and unable to resist its overwhelming influence. This raw power wasn't just a display of strength; it showcased Max's exceptional command over this rare and formidable ability, marking him as a force to be reckoned with in the One Piece world, reminding Sengoku of Max's formidable capabilities.

His purpose to let Sengoku understand, he is not someone he can order around.

Now only five figures are left standing in whole Marine Base after Max's full power Haki, they are Garp, Sengoku, kizaru , Zephyr and Tsuru, who was protected by Garp, Garp released his own Haki to protect Tsuru.

Zephyr came out after sensing Max full power display.

"Know your place Sengoku, you Navy and you are nothing but a scum who killed countless children, old people and even pregnant Women, new born babies, you better, don't bark at me, or I will forget that Navy still has some purpose left" Max said in utter cold voice.

Garp hearing Max clenched his fist so hard that it start bleeding, Zephyr also felt guilty hearing Max words, Kizaru didn't mind it as he was one of those guy who never killed an innocent despite being a high ranking officer of Navy, Sengoku and Tsuru didn't mind a bit as they have already steeled their hearts with all the atrocities they have committed.

"As for how I know all about your dark history, it was White Tyrant who told me. I had a duel with him, and during that time, he revealed information about Ohara and other matters regarding your Navy. Thanks to him, I was spared from joining such a hypocritical organization," Max continued in a cold voice, even lying that White Tyrant is a survivor of Ohara.

"Now, will you give me the bounty, or do you want to fight me?" Max asked, manifesting both his Demon and Holy Swords.

Sengoku was going to reply when Zephyr stepped forward and presented a bag full of beli and said, "Your bounty amount."

"Zephyr, what are you doing?" Sengoku frowned and yelled upon seeing this.

"I am doing what is right," Zephyr replied and passed the bag to Max.

Max inwardly thought, 'Come on, old man, I almost provoked him to fight, and you broke the momentum,' and outwardly said to Zephyr, "Zephyr, right? How about you join my organization?" as he took the bag full of beli.

Zephyr didn't say anything and returned to his group.

"I am serious, you know. It's better than this Navy. I can even find the true killers of your family and students," Max said, seeing Zephyr returning. Hearing Max's words, Zephyr stopped and turned around, looking at him as he asked, "What do you mean?"

"I mean what I mean," Max replied mysteriously and vanished. When he reappeared at the same position, he had Sengoku in his hands.

Previously, Max utilized the Amplify Devil Fruit to boost his speed to the maximum and kidnapped Sengoku. He also used the Trickster Ring to control Sengoku's mind to make this process smoother.

"What do you want to do with Sengoku?" Garp said, and the others became ready for battle.

"Relax, I just want to show the truth," Max said calmly and started using the Trickster Ring to display one particular memory of Sengoku.

Sengoku's memory:

Tsuru entered Sengoku's office and said solemnly, "Zephyr's family was attacked and killed by pirates."

"What? How do you know the location of Zephyr's family?" Sengoku exclaimed.

"We don't know that, but... the Five Elders want the killers to be delivered to them," Tsuru replied.

"Do you mean they attacked Zephyr's family?" Sengoku asked in a low voice.

"Yes... it's most likely the case. The killers might be CP disguised as pirates, or they wouldn't have demanded the killers," Tsuru said.

"Does Zephyr know of this?" Sengoku asked after a moment of time.

"No," Tsuru shook her head and replied.

"Don't tell him, or he would quit the Navy. There are many admirers of him here, and it wouldn't be good for us if this incident came to light. Also, don't tell Garp about this, or he might do something stupid," Sengoku ordered Tsuru.

"I know," Tsuru replied.

Sengoku's memory ended.

Everyone was shaken by Max's revelation. Zephyr dropped to his knees with tears streaming down his face. Garp tried to hold him, but Zephyr rejected it. Tsuru, coming out of stupor, shouted, "Don't believe him; he is lying!"

Zephyr raised his head hearing this and looked at Max as if to ask if he was lying or not.

"You can think for yourself; the World Government is such a massive organization, yet they weren't able to find the culprit. Your family and even your students' location are only known to the Marines and World Government," Max shrugged and said.

Hearing this, Zephyr fell into silence, and Tsuru frowned and started to yell again, but it was of no use; Zephyr was no longer listening to her.

"Can you... Can you truly help me?" Zephyr asked after some thinking, looking at Max.

"I can, but I can also give you the power to take revenge with your own hands," Max said and pointed his Holy Sword towards Zephyr's right shoulder, using Saint Heal. With blinding lights, Zephyr regained his right arm.

Zephyr looked at his right hand, clenched his fist, moved it here and there, nodded at Max, and went back to stand behind him.

"Zephyr, what are you doing?" Tsuru yelled, while Kizaru and Garp remained silent.

Max smiled, seeing this, and told Zephyr to go get his students too and those who were willing to leave the Navy with them.

After Zephyr returned with around 100 people, Max took them and flew away.

"Garp, Kizaru what are doing? Why didn't you stopped them?" Tsuru asked seeing Garp and Kizaru doing nothing.

Garp and Kizaru didn't said anything to her and kept looking at receding back of Max and Zephyr.
