A Promising Bond

William turning his body to face Amanda and held her two hands.

"16 Years ago I asked you to be my partner for a some mission. This time I'll ask you one more time."

The man kissed the backs of Amanda's hands and looked at her with serious eyes on Amanda.

"Amanda Sanches, will you be my life partner?"

"Willy.." Amanda couldn't believe what she just heard.

Life partner. That's what William says.

The woman continued to stare at William, trying to process what had just happened. The man she had always loved, whom she thought was unrequited love, really loved her and asked her to be her life partner.

"Do you need time to-"

"Yes! Yes I want!" Amanda replied to William's request. "Let me be your life partner, Willy. I want... to be your partner once again and this time... to be your life partner!"
