Chapter 253 : Aftermaths

Orion woke up only to see the same rooftop which he had been waking up to for the last few days. Blinking he grumbled he woke up only to see Merlin puffing on his pipe. 

"Oh you finally up, I was wondering how long you gonna lay there. Seems like you are getting used to this hibernation thing." Merlin smiled as he snapped his find and to Orion's surprise the bed itself started to morph and a table came out of the side of the bed, covering his lower half and on the table were various kinds of food items. 

Orion immediately salvation, though he had many questions for the old man but he decided to tend to his angry stomach first.

Iris and Saber were back to their Japanese-type house, Emiya was placed there as he was still unconscious. Things were making both of them worry. It had been quite some time before he went into this Coma state and the end of the war was nearing. If he didn't wake up soon then...

"Saber, do you know anything about that boy? Orion." Iris asked as her body too now was failing her. She lasted for as long as she could but now she can't, even after Avalon was inside her, she was struggling to even stand, let alone anything. 

"Personally...No!

But his name, that name is of someone I knew.

Interestingly the very same person was the greatest mage this world has ever seen. And just how much we have seen. Orion magecraft is...

It's different then what I have seen but it is powerful. Some of the most powerful magic I have seen." Saber said as she recalled what kind of devastation that little boy unleashed just a few days ago. 

"I see..." 

"I believe that Orion is a good boy. No matter how powerful he is, he is not bad. If possible don't be an enemy of his in future." Iris said and Saber understood what Iris was doing. 

She was dying, it was clear and this was not exactly what she wanted to say to Saber herself but more to Kiritsugu through Saber's mouth. 

"I don't have much time anymore Saber, it's better that I return Avalon back to Kiritsugu. It's important for him to wake up now. Without him, all this that we have done will be useless." Iris said as she gently caressed her husband's face. 

This was the only thing she couldn't meet her Husband one last time but she could do this for her husband. 

Using Avalon, Emiya Kiritsugu will surely wake up. 

She was ready to go through this. 

Saber seeing this could do nothing, she just followed what Iris had to say.

Kayneth, Sola and Lancer were in a grim situation. After learning what Orion did in the port and how he defeated that monster, Kayneth for the first time has a feeling of despair. 

If it was a servant then at least he can accept it but a mage doing that level of destruction with magecraft. 

Kayneth just pursed his lips and thought. Sola was the same. 

Lancer might be the only person who was not completely frowning at this point. 

"Do you know anything about this mage child? Where he comes from and which noble family he belongs to." Kayneth almost roared as the situation was eating him away. He had zero information about this Orion.

"We did extensive research but couldn't find anything. Maybe this boy doesn't belong to a Noble family. Maybe..." Sola was saying but before she completed her sentence, she was reprimanded by Kayneth.

"Nonsense, there is no way a commoner with no family background can produce a monster like that boy." Kayneth shouted. 

"Sola, I don't care how you get it. I need information on him. He currently is the biggest threat and variable to this war. 

We have to do something about him." Kayneth said.

Rider and Weaver were bickering like usual in their home but the talk this time didn't involve world conquest, getting an extra large pant but rather one Orion D Ambrosius. 

After seeing the devastrating attack from Orion, Weaver was shaken to the point that he almost lost the motivation to fight in the war. 

Rider was motivating him, though he himself was shaken a little by the attack.

Out of all the people if there exists one person who thinks about this more than anything than it will be Tokiomi Tohsaka. 

The man was literally using everything in his power to gather information on Orion but to no avail. 

Gilgamesh himself was on top of this case even without Tokiomi asking him as he now had a personal interest in Orion. 

"Divided the entire ocean into two for a second. That power." Tokiomi wonders as he remembers that giant purple ball of energy. 

He could imagine what that thing could do if the target of that attack wasn't at the direction of the ocean but towards the city. What servant, what magecraft, can any of those protect against an attack like that? 

Tokiomi knows after that night, that if Orion D Ambrosius is running after the Grail then there is no way he can win, unless or until Gilgamesh get ready to go all out against the boy. 

But there was one thing which only he can Gilgamesh knew and others didn't. That now Orion had a Servant. 

Meaning it's not just one person they would be fighting.

"I have to do something about it." Tokiomi thought as he finally decided to meet the boy himself Once he found his location that is.

"So you are saying that after using Purple, I passed out and you save me. Brought me here before another master could know. Is that it?" Orion asked as he was almost done talking. 

"Pretty much." Merlin shrugged. 

Orion just accepted that at face value. Not like he himself remember much of what happened. Only if he saw the newspaper from a few days ago or just went out to the port area of the city, which by the way doesn't exist anymore. That entire area was carved out by his Hollow purple. 

However, Merlin didn't say that to him. Orion right now didn't care about that. He only had one thing in mind and one alone. 

"Start talking. About this name. 

How come others don't know Your name was Ambrosius, how come even I didn't know that? 

What the hell is going on? I know you are hiding something. 

Why stopped me from identifying my blood at Gringott all this time? 

Are we somehow related?

What are you planning? " 

Orion fires one question after another in rapid fire, putting Merlin to in a difficult situation.
