But he didn't stop his friend Danzo's attempt to harass the Uchiha. After nine tail's attack, he forced Hiruzen to isolet Uchiha. Fed up by the mistreatment, Uchiha planned a coup d'etat.

Hokage promised Shisui to ammend with Uchiha if he use his mangekyo Sharingan on the clan head to avoid conflict. But before he could do that,

Sishui, Itachi's only close friend was killed by one of the village elders Danzo Shimura. He stole his eyes. And when the coup d'etat was inevitable, Danzo gave Itachi two choices. Kill every single Uchiha and you will be spared. Or war will happen and you will be massacred along with the rest of the Uchiha.

Everyone was looking at Naruko wide eyed.

Naruko secretly deactivated Sasuke's chakra seal.

Instantly his eyes started spinning.

"You are lying !"

"Why should I ? And besides these are the information I got from the memories of those root shinobi whose soul I devoured."

Not only Sasuke but every single one of them froze .

Naruko finally saw the real life transformation of two one tomoe Sharingan to three tomoe Sharingan and finally to mangekyo Sharingan. And as soon as his eyes started bleeding, she reactivated the chakra seal on his body. Due to emotional whirlwind, he didn't even realise it.

One day ago

Zabuza and Haku exited from the dark portal. They have a mission to do. Zabuza didn't know the identity of his employer except for how she looked. Zabuza might not be a sensor, but he could still feel the dangerous aura and the enormous chakra of the teen. That's why he didn't protest. His employer could easily do this job on her own. But apparently she has something more important to do, So she was hiring them. She knew the woman is dangerous when she opened the portal for them. As if his previous mission details wasn't enough.

It was a dangerous artifact. And she wanted it. The temple was supposed to be somewhere in the south west side of the village. But no information about exact location. So apparently they have to find it on their own. The importance of the mission was to find the temple itself. A very few people knew it's exact location. And they are the higher echelons of the village. So asking someone is a big no-no. They stealthily searched the entire night and only when the sun about to rise, they found the fuc*ing temple. It was under an rundown shrine.

Zabuza took out a paper tag and a vile of blood his employer has given him.

Haku stood by his side.

First he dropped a blood on the door. Then he spread it on himself and Haku. He finally took the tag and placed it on the middle of the door.

But it turned out to be a bad idea. First nothing happened. Just when was Zabuza was doubting it, as a dud, the sealing tags letters unreaveled themselves and the door started to open .

*Screeeeeeeeeeeeeeech*

Zabuza cursed. Well, what should he expect from an old door ?

"We should hurry." Haku spoke. The door was too loud.

They went in.

After reaching the innermost temple, they saw different masks.

Haku decided to do the other minor tasks. Spreading the provided tags around the main stotage chamber of the temple.

Soon he found the correct mask according to the picture given to them.

"Our task is done. Now let's reseal the temple and flee."

But when they got outside, Zabuza noticed some movements. So he quickly sealed the temple back.

"Halt ! Zabuza Momochi ! Demon of the mist !"

He recognised the man, Morino Ibiki famous for his torture methods. Behind him was Anko Mistarashi, the snake mistress. There were other four masked figures as well. Anbu. He readied the dark portal tag. The artifact is of importance here.

"What is your purpose here ?"

"Oh, returning some stuff to their actual owner.

You know, I didn't know that you tree huggers can steal from a child."

Zabuza might not know about the name of his employer, but from the description of the mission and his experience, he can bet a million ryo that she is an Uzumaki.

Zabuza sensed many people coming their way. So he didn't delay and activated the seal.

A dark portal appeared under them and they fell down.

Hiruzen stared at the destruction infront of him. Nothing remained of the Shinigami temple. Not even ash. According to Ibiki a stolen object from a child. He didn't know what were they talking about. But he feared the worst. And the dark portal strengthened his fears. Was it Naruko Uzumaki ?

But now they couldn't even investigate it. He sighed of frustration.

If only....no regretting now won't do any good. So he strengthened his heart. He has already issued a level three emergency in the village. Today he would discuss the upcoming war infront of council. He didn't want to even think about it !
