When they realized that Misty Island was vast and had a decent environment, the Japanese Government was stunned; they never expected a previously insignificant island to undergo such tremendous change. They were eager to take Misty Island back, but awkwardly found that they had sealed their fate with the harsh measures they took initially because of Haruji Harada, cutting off every avenue to reclaim the island.
