Renshu Chang was exasperated yet amused, "If she were the disciple of Master Uncle, how could I dare to call her Junior Sister?"

"That makes sense," the junior brothers suddenly understood.

One junior sister, however, stubbornly said, "Even if he is, so what? He's an outsider who suddenly outranks us. I heard the Sect Master even plans to give him the treatment of an elder..."

"Enough!" Renshu Chang scolded, "Have you forgotten the seniority in the Green Lotus Sect after being here for so long?"

Feeling wronged for speaking up on Renshu Chang's behalf and only receiving a scolding, the junior sister felt quite aggrieved.

"No matter who Junior Master Uncle was or where he came from, since Master Uncle accepted him as a disciple, he is our senior by rank. How can you gossip about him behind his back? If your master heard this, you would be punished."
