He can never understand how his laid-back Master can level up so fast.

"That is why I'm planning to resume apothecary or train a few apprentices. If we add potions that can recover mana, stamina, and health in the exchange list including the bandages, this will help the residents level up faster and increased their enthusiasm in completing tasks."

"Additionally, since there is only little time before the second weekly tide, we need every help we can get." 

Not only that, they should accept tailoring and blacksmith apprentices too.

And when these apprentices are able to become Masters in their field, they could open a shop of their own which will decrease the burden on the territory's part.
