Donna's, Starfire's, and Raven's plane landed at Gotham Airport, and the three girls decided to use this method to reach the most dangerous city in the world.
Raven woke up in her seat and looked around, noticing that the plane had already arrived in Gotham. "There are at least ten faster and easier ways to get here..." said the gothic girl without any motivation to follow this pair. In fact, technically, she was kidnapped by Donna and Starfire, to keep her from getting bored she slept during the trip.
"Don't say that!" Starfire was happy, retrieved her luggage from the overhead compartment, and walked towards the exit "We can't always live fighting villains and then come back to wait to fight again..."
Starfire was dressed casually, and although people noticed her slightly golden and slightly orange skin, no one paid too much attention. However, when she mentioned things about fighting, several passengers turned to look at her.
Raven quickly got up to leave the plane. "No, in fact, I enjoy reading books in quiet. I don't see the problem in just going out to fight and then going back home."
Donna Troy was also dressed casually and coughed, urging the girls to leave.
....
After retrieving their luggage, the three of them exited the airport.
"It's absurd the amount of warnings they give you before leaving the airport," Starfire complained.
"Well, it's normal, this is the city with the highest crime rate," Raven responded while discreetly checking her luggage with magic in case something was lost.
"I would like to help if possible..." said Starfire, looking at the gloomy atmosphere of Gotham that could be felt from the airport.
"Every big city has its villains... they also have their heroes," Donna added, but her attention was elsewhere. Upon noticing Starfire's depressed look, Donna added with a smile, "Hehe, don't worry, I'm sure my master will change that!~" Donna puffed out her chest proudly.
"Are you sure your master will be okay living near insane supervillains?" Starfire asked worriedly.
Donna opened her eyes and then laughed. "Hahaha, no, he's fine, it's them who should be careful!"
"That sounded like a death flag..." Raven added, making Donna cough.
"Why are you always so pessimistic?!" Starfire pouted.
"When your father is a super-dangerous demon who wants to use you to destroy the world and/or steal your body, it makes people lose the desire to go to the beach and laugh," Raven responded stoically.
"Ugh, I'm sorry," Starfire apologized, realizing her mistake.
"Can't you stop arguing?" Donna interjected impatiently, amid the girls. She didn't have time to deal with both of them; her gaze turned to the sky of Gotham as she exuded brightness and joy. "My master is here!~"
Starfire and Raven looked at each other. Donna's attitude had changed in the past couple of days, and she seemed to be elsewhere all the time.
"From what I know, your teacher is Wonder Woman, right?" Raven asked curiously, pulling her hood down to conceal her face and leaving only her eyes visible. "But something tells me the master you're talking about isn't her."
"Huh?! It's not her?!" Starfire exclaimed anxiously, then opened the suitcase she was carrying and pulled out a rolled-up poster. "It can't be! I even brought this for her to sign!"
Starfire unrolled the poster, revealing a rather large image of Wonder Woman.
Raven sighed. "Aren't you embarrassed to be such an enthusiastic fan of her when you're also a superheroine?"
"No!" Starfire responded without hesitation. "One thing doesn't negate the other; Wonder Woman is the Superheroine among Superheroines, she's the equivalent of Superman among male heroes!"
"Sure..."
Raven shook her head and decided to go along with it, even though she wanted to be just a secondary character and let Donna and Starfire take care of everything. There's one detail that prevents her from doing so, and it's her characteristic dark cloak, unlike the other two girls who come dressed casually; she has her distinctive cloak, which makes people unable to ignore her.
Donna smiled at Starfire's appreciation for her sister and master. "Oh, don't worry, my teacher Diana will also be with him, so you'll be able to ask her for an autograph, photo, or whatever."
"Yeah!" Starfire's eyes filled with joy.
"It seems fitting that you're called Wondergirl..." Raven commented without surprise at Donna's closeness to Diana.
"Awesome!" Starfire hugged Donna. "I'll let you try the homemade food from my world as a thank you!"
Donna's face turned pale at hearing that because the ingredients from her world don't exist here, she replaces them with the most similar things she can find, which for some reason often end up being insects.
Donna took a step back from Starfire while raising her hands in surrender. "I'm fine; I'll just accept the sentiment."
Donna took out her phone and called a taxi. 'Master, I'm here... every second I don't see you, I feel like I'm dying a little, this time I won't go away... hehe'
Raven raised an eyebrow at Donna's strange behavior. She muttered while laughing to herself, but her slightly perverted laugh sent shivers down Raven's spine.
Raven lowered her hood and decided to ignore that behavior out of laziness. 'My life taught me that it's better to pretend not to see some things...'
It must be said that despite their peculiarities, the three girls were beautiful in their own right. Consequently, they caught the attention of a group of rather rude guys who were coming out of the airport.
"Hello, beauties, are you alone?"
One of the guys, dressed like a third-rate rapper with tattoos on his arms and a bunch of chains, was the first to approach, followed by his friends with similar appearances.
Donna was annoyed, she didn't like to go out in casual clothes because she drew attention to herself because of her good looks, but unlike in Jump City where guys just stared at her, in Gotham, being in front of an airport could not scare idiots away.
Starfire smiled with a sweat drop on her forehead. "I say this for your good; it's better if you leave..."
Raven remained silent and shook her head. In most cases, pretty girls can just say no and the guys will leave them alone, but Donna is different, her attitude towards anyone who tries to seduce her is extremely aggressive.
"Come on, don't be like that, there are three of you and three of us, we can have some fun~" one of them smiled, his gold teeth visible. It seems that the guy isn't afraid of being robbed in this city, so he must be some mafia boss's son or something.
Starfire wanted to stop them, but seeing their arrogant and cocky attitude, she decided not to.
"Arm or leg?" Donna asked with a smile.
Upon seeing the smile of a beautiful girl, one of the guys licked his lips. "What do you say, sweetheart?"
"I suppose it'll be both..."
Donna kicked one of them in the knee, completely breaking it, then tackled another one and twisted his wrist until it fractured. Finally, the guy who called her sweetheart fell backward, he cried out for help but unfortunately for him, the guards of an international airport aren't allowed to intervene with someone outside.
"What's wrong? Weren't you looking to have some fun?" Donna mocked as she approached.
"Wait! That strength is abnormal; are you a metahuman?!"
"Does it matter?" Donna kicked him in the groin, leaving him without descendants. The man screamed so loudly that he scared everyone at the airport.
Raven sighed and used her magic to wrap the three of them and take them out of that place, but not before destroying the phones of those who recorded the events.
...
The girls emerged in an alley.
Starfire knelt, "Ahh, now we're criminals!"
"Don't worry, it was Donna who attacked them," Raven said as she discreetly peered around the corner. "The police come pretty quickly when it's an incident at the airport or involves the idiot's dad, right?"
"Hey, is that how you treat someone who defended you?" Donna protested indignantly.
Raven showed her finger, which was enveloped in dark magic. "I was able to use magic to drive them away peacefully."
"Tsk," Donna pouted.
Starfire got up from the ground and placed her hands on her hips, looking annoyed. "While the Teen Titans don't have much time, isn't it unpleasant that we're not recognized?!"
Raven looked at how Starfire was dressed, in navy blue jeans, a pink blouse, and a jacket, along with a beret on her head.
"No, definitely no way we'll be recognized, especially outside of Jump City."
The three girls hid in the alley for a while and then headed towards Arkham.
"Master wait for me!!❤️"

...
...
"Achuu!" Allen sneezed while in his office. 'Is someone badmouthing me?'
[Host, it's easier to know who is not badmouthing you.]
"An interview on television?!" Gwen exclaimed, banging the desk in Allen's Arkham office.
"Yeah, well, it seems word got out that a certain handsome supervillain took ownership of a prison... and well, people don't seem too happy about that news," Allen replied, sitting in his office as he leaned back on the desk with boredom.
"No, how can you act so calm?!" Poison Ivy asked incredulously, standing to his right like a good secretary.
"Hahaha, of course, because I have confidence in what we've accomplished here over the years..." Allen declared confidently and securely, but he was interrupted.
"You've only been in charge since today, right?" asked Dr. Harleen Quinzel, sitting on the office couch. She had changed back into her previous conservative clothing.
"Insignificant details!" Allen declared as he got up from his chair and walked to his window, then smiled out at the horizon. Of course, the view from Arkham is gloomy on every side, but it's still a nice day for Allen, and he's confident that any minor detail can be diverted with his charisma.
"Everything will be fine hahaha," Allen said with a mysterious smile.
"Sure, boss..."
Ivy had no confidence in her boss, but she decided to believe in him. Harleen was worried that Allen might have trouble; the situation with Arkham is delicate. Gwen, on the other hand, calmed down after knowing Allen for a longer time; she knows when he has something planned.
...
The whole issue of the interview came up too quickly, and it was obvious that someone leaked that information to the media, and that person was none other than Amanda Blake Waller, the Director of A.R.G.U.S., which puts her in a very high position in the U.S. government.
Amanda Waller is an African-American woman of sturdy build. She has short, dark hair, often styled in an afro cut, dressed in formal suits, and always projects an image of authority.
Why did she do something like this?... Of course, for them to call her immediately! She knew that if she didn't do this, she wouldn't get answers so soon. Amanda was furious when she found out that Congress allowed a supervillain to take a position as director of Arkham. It's not that being the Director there is a position of great authority, but it's still an important position.
"How did they allow this?!" Amanda shouted into the phone with a congressman.
"Amanda, you have to understand our position. Superman and Batman brought Walker to Washington, where he sat down with the President himself. After a long chat between them, a simple agreement was reached: Allen Walker would stop causing chaos as long as we don't bother him and give him Arkham, which is just a bunch of criminals."
"That's not the point!!" Amanda pounded the wall of her house and nearly broke her teeth containing her anger. After her husband and daughter died, she lost the pity and compassion she once had; she wanted to bury every villain regardless of the cost. "This is tantamount to negotiating with terrorists!"
"Amanda," the congressman lowered his voice on the phone, "do you think I want this?"
"What?" Amanda calmed down when she realized there was more behind it.
"We live in a world with very dangerous individuals, and if Superman couldn't beat that bastard, who would?" The congressman sounded angry, and several videos arrived on Amanda's tablet. She watched the videos of Allen against Steppenwolf, the Justice League, which hadn't been officially formed yet, and finally a bit of his confrontation against Superman.
"...!"
"If we have to hand over thousands of criminals to keep him under control, we'll do it..." declared the congressman, but he sounded frustrated.
"But!" Amanda tried to reply, but the congressman's words stopped her.
"Until we find a way to stop him..."
"...!" Amanda fell silent.
"Amanda, remember the project they had in mind?" the congressman said in a low voice.
"Does that mean I have the green light for Task Force X?"
The man laughed with annoyance. "That means every damn prison in the world is at your disposal. Gather all the villains you can find; I don't care how, but kill that bastard!"
She sighed with relief...
"I'll tell you one thing, Amanda. If you play your cards right, you'll have free rein, and you could even aim higher. However, if you fail, you're on your own. No one wants to risk the wrath of a Superman, so watch every step you take."
"Understood," she said as a cruel look spread across Amanda Blake Waller's face.
