"No problem, it's my duty. Keep your wound dry in the next few days. The dressings should be changed every day. Strenuous exercise and spicy food are not advised. Keep a balanced diet."

She nodded. "Okay."

They went out of the room. When Jordy came over to pick her up, she turned him down. "I'm fine and can walk by myself."

He glanced at her stilettos and carried her in his arms despite her rejection.

Gloria was stunned.

Jordy put her into the car, and Harold rode them back to the hotel.
