It's morphin' time

As Rachel flung towards me in her lion form, I was waiting until she was right in front of me and then backhanded her, sending her flying to the side unresponsive. Although I tried to go easy on her, she may be dead. I believed in gender equality so I had no problem treating everyone equal, it was just that I realized I was in the Animorphs universe an old book series from the 90's and I wanted something from them.

If I killed them, I wouldn't know where to start in looking for the Escafil Device. It was almost always with them until it was taken if I remembered correctly. The cube like device that gave them morphing powers also needed someone who had the power to begin with to share it through the device. 

Seeing their friend Rachel on the ground the boys started to change also. Before they got bitch slapped as well, I thought id try to reason with them. "I only attacked her because she attacked me. If I were you, id go check on her instead of fighting me, I might have accidently killed her". 

The boys hearing my words, both stopped morphing and went back to human form before running to their friend. Tobias was the first one there. "Rachel! are you okay? wake up..."

Jake checked for her pulse and realized she didn't seem to have one. "She's dead... HE KILLED HER!" 

I threw my hands up "Whoa, Whoa, Whoa, Hold on a minute, I didn't kill anyone. She killed herself the moment she made a move on me, but don't worry, I can bring her back to life....for a price."

"How is that possible?" Asked Tobias who seemed more level headed in this moment than the leader. 

"I have the technology to do so, but in return I want you to give me morphing power". 

Tobias looked over at Jake and Jake spoke up. "How do we know you aren't lying?"

I shrugged my shoulders at the question. "I have no reason to lie or prove myself to you. You can either trust me or she dies. I could find the cube on my own, id just prefer to go the easier route if I can. The longer we debate about it, the less likely I'll be able to revive her though".

Tobias hearing my words nodded. "I'll go get it". 

Jake was about to protest until he looked at Rachel's lifeless body again. Even if they fought this red alien, they would stand no chance against him, if he wanted the device he would eventually get it. Not only that, but if they cooperated with him, he could possibly revive their friend. It seemed the red man had trapped them. They really had no other choice but to comply with his demands.

While we waited for Tobias, I went back to Ephyra and grabbed the sarcophagus and then laid it beside Rachel. Jake saw this and got nervous. "I thought you said you could bring her back? Why did you bring a coffin?" 

I rolled my eyes. "This is a device I can bring her back with. If you guys hold up your end of the deal, I promise to hold up mine."

A while later Tobias was walking towards us wearing a backpack in which he pulled off when he was close enough to us. Opening it, a beautiful glowing blue cube was shown. 

Tobias pulled the device out and held it in front of me. Without hesitation I stuck my hand out and touched the glowing cube he was holding. After a short while the cube dimmed slightly and although I didn't feel much different, I knew that I now had the power to morph. 

At this moment a forth teenager appeared that I had not seen yet. A young black girl who immediately ran up to Rachel in worry. "What happened to her? Why are you all just standing around? Who is that? Did he do this?" She asked a number of questions before pointing towards me. 

The two boys looked awkward and didn't know how to answer before Jake looked up at me. "It's your turn now". 

Without saying a word I went and picked Rachel up as Cassie the young black girl moved to stop me. I pushed her aside ignoring her and placed Rachel into the sarcophagus. It closed on it's own. "Considering she actually died, it will probably take at least twenty minutes". I said as I walked over to Tobias and grabbed the Escafil Device. "This cube is mine now. You guys have no use for it anymore anyway and if the Yeerks got ahold of it later it would just be a hassle". 

Cassie was the first to speak upon hearing my words. "Who said you could take it?"

The two boys looked at their younger friend and sighed. Jake walked up to her and placed his hand on her head. "He's not someone we can deal with, just let it be or Rachel will not be brought back and we will all have similar fates. Let's be smart about this. Sure it will be hard to explain to the Abdalite's later, but he's right, we have no use for it and it's a liability".

After Rachel was up and moving again, I no longer had a reason to stay in such a universe and left with Joppi back to Ephyra. I had been waiting for a power like this so that I could blend in among humans when I wanted to, It was now time to head back to the Marvel Universe and start getting a lot stronger before Thanos arrived. Of course, the stargate Universe would still be my main home, but I had plans to start living a bit more in the Marvel universe as I gained strength. 

As soon as Joppi and I returned, I found Eli and touched his forehead. 

Eli was slightly weirded out. "wut..." 

Immediately after I started morphing myself into a human and felt a dramatic difference when I did so. I was weak. I felt vulnerable. The Titan power I once had was gone, but I was still able to access my mutant power and therefore I wasn't powerless. When I changed back into a Titan I would get my original power back, but if I didn't change back within two hours, I could be stuck human forever. I'd have to be smart about it. 

Eli who had been standing next to me and saw my change after feeling molested took a step back. "What is going on right now?" 

Once I was fully human, I looked into a mirror and saw my new human face staring back. I wasn't near as big as I once was, but I still looked like me in a weird way. My red skin was now tan, I was slimmer, shorter, and my hair was as red as my skin used to be.  Id say my height went from 8ft to 6'5. My clothes no longer fit me and so I would have to grab some new clothes as soon as possible. 

Taking my baggy clothes off, I went to find an ancient outfit that would fit me until I could find something else. The people around were used to my nudity so it shouldn't be a problem. 

On my way I ran into Jasmine and Vi'kog who immediately raised their shields and phasers. "Who are you and how did you  get into this city you pervert?!" asked Vi'kog.
