The Seer and Prophecy

"Em!?H@<n"< p>

I took the book with the glitching letters, "Ah, you shouldn't read that now, young man."

My heart skipped a beat as a voice, ancient and wise, filled the chamber.

I turned, my eyes widening in surprise as I beheld an old woman gracefully seated upon the sofa, just beside where Izzy lay.

The woman's presence held an otherworldly aura, and her features seemed to shimmer and shift, as if she were made of the same holographic essence as the system itself.

Izzy's gaze shot up, her initial surprise quickly turning to shock that entertained me.

A startled scream escaped her lips as she jolted upright, a look of disbelief on her face. "What in the fuck—?!"

Pfft! Fucking loser!

"Shh, child. There's no need for alarm," the old woman said, her voice soothing and melodic.

She turned her gaze toward Izzy, her eyes sparkling with gentle amusement. "You have quite the spirited reaction, young one."
