Hidden Secrets

Alex unrolled her yoga mat onto the soft, sunlit grass in the corner of the backyard. Dressed in a comfortable pair of yoga pants and a sports bra, she took a moment to settle into the serene ambience. With a deep, calming breath, she closed her eyes briefly, grounding herself in the present moment.

Opening her eyes, Alex assumed the Mountain Pose, her feet hip-width apart, arms relaxed at her sides. Her muscles engaged as she lengthened her spine, feeling the earth beneath her feet. As she transitioned into the Downward-Facing Dog, her hands pressed firmly into the mat, hips rising towards the sky. Her body formed an inverted V shape as she stretched her heels towards the ground, feeling a gentle pull along her hamstrings.

Alex flowed seamlessly through her routine, moving from one pose to the next gracefully and precisely. The Warrior Pose saw her hips squared, front knee bent, and arms extended wide. Her gaze was steady, focused on a point in the distance as she felt the strength and determination within her.

With each breath, Alex's body responded, becoming more supple and relaxed. In the Child's Pose, she rested on her knees, forehead touching the mat, arms stretched out in front of her. It was a moment of surrender and reflection, a brief respite before she continued her practice.

Taking a momentary break, she turned to look back at Zephyr, "Are you really not going to join me? It would be much more fun if you joined".

"I am having fun", Zephyr argued, his gaze not leaving her ass.

Alex rolled her eyes at his behaviour but opted not to comment, aware she often acted similarly when in Zephyr's position.

Shaking her head, Alex returned to her routine. The sun bathed her in its warm embrace as Alex flowed through the sequences of poses, feeling the tension melt away from her muscles. As she concluded her session with the Corpse Pose, she lay flat on her back, arms and legs relaxed, palms facing upward. A sense of tranquillity washed over her, leaving her feeling refreshed and centred.

With a groan, she ended her session and stood up, stretching slightly. Looking behind her, she found Zephyr glued exactly to where he was before, his eyes now focused on her breasts. Seeing this, Alex felt a brief flash of heat erupt within her. With a plan forming in her head, Alex strutted over to him, making sure to walk more sensually than normal. Walking right in front of him, she bent over so that her breasts lay right in front of Zephyr's face and teasingly muttered, "Mom and Haley are out, Dad's gone as well and Luke's with Manny. There's no one in the house and I need a shower. So, what do you say you join me in there?".

"Why are we still waiting then?", Zephyr quickly answered, grabbing Alex's hand and dragging her into the house. Alex giggled at his forceful behaviour but knew she felt the same way as him.

[Time Skip]

"You ready?", Zephyr asked Alex as she walked down the stairs.

"Yep", Alex nodded her head, "What about you? Aren't you going to get freshened up?"

"While you were getting ready, I quickly drove to my house and changed", Zephyr answered.

"Really?", Alex questioned, "You don't look any different".

"That's because I have at least two pairs of the same outfit. In case anything happens and my outfit is ruined, I can switch to the other so my dad doesn't realise that something happened", Zephyr explained.

"Oh", Alex muttered in understanding, "That makes sense. But isn't that a bit wasteful?".

"I guess", Zephyr shrugged.

"Whatever", Alex shook her head, "Let's go. We're going to be late".

"I don't think they'll mind though", Zephyr added as he opened the door. Alex quickly locked the door behind her and walked alongside him to his car. Upon entering and putting on their seatbelts, Zephyr's Jaguar roared to life and sped out with remarkable elegance.

"I'm so glad I'm going with you and not Mom", Alex muttered in relief.

"Why?", Zephyr inquired.

"She's been bragging so much about what she did at the office while Grandpa was sick", Alex answered in frustration, "It's great and all, but she hasn't stopped talking about it for a single second".

"Maybe it's because she wants you, her kids, to be proud", Zephyr argued, "She hasn't been working for a while and since she has, she wants you guys to see that she doesn't only have the job because she's Jay's daughter".

"So you're saying she wants us to know that she's capable?", Alex murmured.

"That's one possible reason", Zephyr shrugged, "It's possible that the fact that Jay's never really complimented Claire may have led to her desiring approval from people close to her".

"You're right", Alex admitted, "Uncle Mitch told me about that. It's shocking when you think about it".

"It is", Zephyr agreed. Looking at his clock, Zephyr clicked his teeth, "Hold on. I'm going to speed up a bit".

"We're already going faAAAAAST!", Alex exclaimed, the sudden acceleration of the car causing her to grab his right hand, which was resting don't the gear stick.

A smirk found itself on his lips as soon as he felt her hand on his. As the car approached the sharp corner with controlled aggression, its tires squealed in protest as the driver skillfully applied just the right amount of throttle. With a precise flick of the steering wheel, the driver expertly countersteered, sending the car into a graceful drift.

The car glided sideways through the curve, the engine's roar filling the air. Zephyr's hands moved with a dancer's precision on the steering wheel, maintaining the perfect balance between oversteer and control. The tires gripped the road just enough to keep the car from spinning out of control, creating a mesmerizing spectacle of power and finesse.

As the car emerged from the corner, Zephyr gradually straightened the wheels and accelerated away, leaving a trail of tire marks on the asphalt as a testament to the thrilling drift that had just taken place.

"How was that?", Zephyr asked, looking at the slightly shaky form of Alex.

"D-don't ever do that again", Alex commanded, her voice unsteady.

"Come on!", Zephyr exclaimed, "That was fun".

"No it wasn't!", Alex argued.

"Fine", Zephyr rolled his eyes, "Whatever you say".

"I'm serious", Alex exclaimed, "I almost had a heart attack".

"You should live a little!", Zephyr countered, "What's life without a little danger?".

"A safe life where you live for longer than 30", Alex retorted.

"Urgh. Fine", Zephyr caved in, giving up on convincing Alex. The car was only silent for a minute before Zephyr spoke up, "So how was it?".

"How was what?", Alex questioned.

"Beer", Zephyr answered, taking a brief second to look at her in the eyes.

"Huh", Alex stuttered, "How'd you know about that?".

"I caught you drinking one of Jay's beers", Zephyr answered, "I'm surprised Andy didn't catch you".

"Of course he wouldn't", Alex scoffed, "It was a total accident. I went to the kitchen for a drink and there was a beer bottle there. I didn't notice at first but then drank it by accident and then I couldn't help myself until I finished the whole bottle".

"You confessed so easily", Zephyr commented upon seeing how quickly she revealed the truth.

"I did. Unlike you, I'm a respectable citizen. I don't lie", Alex righteously stated.

"Says the person who drank underage", Zephyr countered.

"It was one time!", Alex defended.

"No it wasn't", Zephyr retorted, "I caught you again at your house".

"Fine. You caught me", Alex admitted, "But it's just so addictive".

"You should have alcoholic drinks in moderation", Zephyr instructed, "You haven't drank it for long so you can easily learn to restrain yourself".

"You've drank too?!", Alex incredulously asked.

"Of course", Zephyr nodded, "Me and all the boys have drank".

"Even Raul!", Alex exclaimed, "But he's the sensible one".

"He was the easiest to convince", Zephyr remarked.

"I'm shocked", Alex muttered.

"Ha", Zephyr laughed at the look of pure shock on her face, "Don't look so surprised. It was bound to happen at some point".

"I guess", Alex muttered, still digesting the information she had received. "Did you like it?", Alex tentatively asked.

"You mean the beer?", Zephyr questioned, receiving a nod from Alex. "It's not bad", Zephyr rated, "But I prefer wine. Tastes less bitter".

"It is pretty bitter", Alex agreed, "But how the hell did you get your hands on wine".

"It was easy", Zephyr explained, "Paolo's dad converted their basement into a wine cellar and has a bunch of wine there".

"It was that easy for you?", Alex asked, awestruck by the ease.

"Yeah", Zephyr nodded, "Paolo's dad caught us but then ended up having a drinking contest with us. He did make us promise not to tell Paolo's mom though".

"Who won?", Alex queried, "I doubt it'd be you. You hardly seem like the-".

"It was me", Zephyr interrupted, "In the span that he finished one bottle, I finished three".

"How?!", Alex exclaimed.

"I'm just built different", Zephyr replied with a smirk.

"Urgh", Alex groaned, "Whatever".

"We're almost there", Zephyr noted as soon as he saw a familiar mansion at the edge of his vision.

"Hm", Alex hummed, squinting and looking at the horizon and noticing the mansion after a few seconds, "You're right. How's your eyesight that good?".

"I told you", Zephyr teased, "I'm built differently".
