Art of Thorn: Guardian Fall

Robert braced for the impact.

Boom! The firebeam hit, pushing the big shield and him to his back.

"Ahhh!" He shouted as he put more strength into his feet. The beam subsided. There was a gully in front of the shield. The magic runes and crystal on the shield had the same color as fire.

"It's my turn," Robert said with a grin. He lifted the shield to his left side.

Boom! The shield was very heavy causing a hole when it was dropped on the ground.

CLANG! The shield separated in the middle. The whole size of the crystal appeared, then it started shining.

SHIELD COUNTER

Oom! A big firebeam flew to the Spiderns. It was causing a gully on the ground as it moved.

"Ahhh!" shouted Robert as he moved the firebeam.

"SQUUEK!" The Spiderns screamed. They tried to move away, but they were turned into dust.

The beam were getting thinner until it dissipated. The magic runes on the shield returned to a golden color.
