[PRESENT TIME]
Heaven sat in the driver's seat, parked in the underground parking space at the Lyon Group Building. Although she had arrived intending to delve into some substantial work, she found herself idling in the driver's seat, hands gripped firmly on the steering wheel, gaze fixed on the expanse of the windshield.
"Hah…" she exhaled, turning her head towards the front passenger seat. Her eyes lingered on the folder resting there, and she swallowed as if the mere sight of it stirred a myriad of emotions within her.
"At this point," she whispered to herself, "I can't discern what's changed and what did not."
Heaven averted her gaze from the folder, lowering her head until her forehead rested on her hands atop the steering wheel. With closed eyes, she inhaled deeply, seeking to stabilize the tumult of emotions in her heart.
