After leaving the gathering, Sasuke promptly made his way to find his Chunin teacher, Iruka. Iruka happened to be occupied with some tasks inside the staff room when Sasuke approached him. Startled, Iruka couldn't help but notice Sasuke's presence, knowing all too well the underlying disdain that Sasuke harbored towards him. Despite Sasuke's attempts to conceal his feelings or refrain from explicitly revealing them, his disdain for Iruka, stemming from Iruka's civilian background, had always been evident.
"What do you need from me, Sasuke?" asked Iruka, curious about the reason for Sasuke's visit.
"I want to apply for early graduation," Sasuke stated straightforwardly.
Iruka was taken aback by Sasuke's words, his surprise evident in his response. "And what has prompted you to have such thoughts?" inquired Iruka.
"I want to become strong, and I can't achieve that by staying in the ninja academy. The academy no longer has anything to offer me in terms of learning, so I strongly desire to graduate early," Sasuke declared with unwavering determination.
"Is that so, or perhaps you are inspired by someone and wish to graduate early like him?" Iruka questioned, seeking further understanding.
Sasuke remained silent, choosing not to respond to Iruka's query.
"Hmm, it appears my assumption may be correct. However, you must remember that Jiryoku didn't simply graduate without merit. He earned his graduation by defeating a Chunin in a one-on-one battle," Iruka explained, emphasizing the significance of Jiryoku's achievement.
"I can do that too," Sasuke asserted confidently.
"Is that so? Well then, why don't you prove it? I am also a Chunin, so if you can defeat me in a fight, I will personally approach Hokage-Sama and request your early graduation," Iruka proposed, offering Sasuke an opportunity to demonstrate his skills.
After listening to Iruka's words, Sasuke turned around and began making his way towards the training grounds. His intention was to engage in a battle with Iruka, defeat him, and ultimately graduate. However, before he could reach the training grounds, Iruka halted him and suggested, "Why bother going to the training ground when we can settle this right here, right now?"
"Hmph, as you wish," Sasuke responded, withdrawing his shuriken and preparing to strike at Iruka at any given moment.
"Alright then, you may attack first," Iruka declared, ready to face Sasuke's offensive move.
As soon as Iruka's voice faded, Sasuke swiftly hurled the shurikens in his hands. While these shurikens may have posed a challenge for other students in Sasuke's class, they proved no match for him as a skilled Chunin. He effortlessly deflected the incoming attacks.
However, Sasuke had employed these shurikens merely as distractions. Seizing the opportunity, he closed in on Iruka, clutching a kunai with determination, intending to engage him in close combat. Observing Sasuke's approach, Iruka swiftly took out his own kunai, effortlessly countering Sasuke's assault. For several intense moments, the clash of metal filled the air.
Eventually, Iruka skillfully repelled Sasuke's advances, gaining the upper hand. He swiftly positioned his kunai at Sasuke's neck, declaring, "You have lost. You will not be granted early graduation. Focus on your studies, and you will graduate in due time."
"Although Jiryoku graduated early, his graduation was well-deserved. He thoroughly defeated the Chunin without giving him a chance to retaliate. I assume you must have heard about his recent achievements," stated Iruka. "I don't mean to discourage you, but some individuals are born with inherent superiority. In our village, there have been those who graduated at the age of six. Instead of feeling disheartened, focus on working hard."
Sasuke simply nodded in response and departed.
Similarly, Neji also aspired to graduate early but was prevented by Hiashi. Hiashi was already burdened with a headache following the news of what had transpired with Jiryoku during his mission, which had been disclosed by the Ino-Shika-Cho families and the Hokage's office. However, he was powerless in altering the situation, and the Hyuga clan had to endure the consequences.

At that moment, outside his house, Jiryoku was engrossed in his practice. His hands were coated in a substance resembling purple ink, Armament Haki and within his grasp formed a radiant blue sphere. Upon closer inspection, one would notice intermittent white lines within the sphere. Someone as astute as Kakashi, if present, would readily identify this as wind chakra infused into the blue sphere. Indeed, this blue sphere was none other than the Rasengan, and Jiryoku was endeavoring to master the "Wind Release: Rasenshuriken."
Gradually, the Rasengan began to diminish in size until it eventually dissipated. Jiryoku promptly lowered himself to the ground, breathing heavily and muttering under his breath, "The amount of chakra required for this technique is immense, not to mention the added challenge of infusing it with wind nature chakra."
"If I manage to fully master it and utilize it, it will consume nearly half of my current chakra reserves. Unfortunately, there's nothing I can do about it. As I age, my chakra capacity will naturally increase, albeit at an exponential rate."
Following his recovery, Jiryoku resumed his training, determined to continue practicing the technique until he achieved complete mastery.
