Goblins/Strong ones

As I teased Rimuru the metal doors opened, and we hid behind some rocks before looking around the corner of the rock we were hiding behind.

We see 3 humans walk through the, door 2 males and 1 female.

1 male: Haaaaa it finally opened, it so rusty that the keyholes are falling apart.

2 male: That's no surprise, no one's been here for 300 hundred years.

female: We won't be attacked out of nowhere right?of course if it comes to it we can always use escape.

I ask "well what do you want to do? this is the first group of humans that we have encountered".

Rimuru: Mhmm I think we should just let them pass, I don't want them attacking us because we are monsters.

From the way they look, it seems like they are adventures.

Nodding to him, I say well it seems like we can understand them beside not being from this world that's good.

As we go back to watching them, to let them go by the man with a scruffy face has them go invisible.

After making sure they were gone, we headed out of the cave into the forest.

I reply mhmm "from the looks of it and how scrawny they are with their battered weapons they need some kind of help".

Rimuru: Well let's see what they need and go from there.

Nodding to him, we cancel our skill and wait for the goblin to speak.

Future Rigurd: Strong ones, do you have business here?

Before Rimuru says anything, I cut in and say "Rimuru before you try and speak adjust your voice or you will blow out our ear drums".

Rimuru: WHAT DO YOU MEAN I WILL BLOW OUT YOUR EARS DRUMS.

Making the goblins bow and cover their ears, and has me shaking my head so I can refocus.

I sigh and say see even though I told you ahead of time.

Rimuru: Blushing due to embarrassment, I say sorry and adjusted my voice.

Future Rigurd: Please lower your voice, we know how strong you are as the goblins kneeling as they bow in a pleading way.

Rimuru: I look around not seeing, anyone besides Dione and the goblins.

I ask " who are these strong ones you keep mentioning".

I say Rimuru he's obviously, talking about us being the strong ones.

Rimuru: Look back to the goblin, I ask are you really talking about.

Future Rigurd: Of course with your, powers there's no way two are known monsters.

Before Rimuru can reply, I ask well can we help you with anything.

Even though I know why they're here, but to just follow the plot I ask.

Future Rigurd: We sensed powerful monsters, so we came as a precaution.

Rimuru: I look at Dione and I see here shaking her head at me as if knowing what I'm going to ask.

Looking back to the goblin I say" I guess from my sister reaction you really are talking about us".

I decided to just accept it seeing Dione facial expression meaning that they were implying to us so I just go with it.

Future Rigurd: Of course even in the form you're in and even your friend that looks to be a cub.

We won't be fooled, seeing the power two hold strong one we wish to ask a favor of you two.

(30 minutes later)

At the goblins camp, I think that Veldora could blow this place away just by him gently sneezing.

In the Chiefs tent, me and Rimuru are at the head side by side as the chief and his son are in front of us as the rest of the goblins are outside.

Peaking in with interest, as the rest are trying to eavesdrop on what we were talking about.

Chief: I am the chief of this village, and this is my son as we bow to them.

I say hi I am Dione and this is Rimuru, as we also bow to them before I ask " what favor do you guys want to ask of us two".

The chief looks to his son as his son does the same, before saying " have the two of you noticed that the monsters have been acting different ".

This time I answer " what of it ", so that Rimuru doesn't give away we don't know what's going on in the forest.

Rimuru: I nod at Dione thankful for her intervention, because she did, she made it seem like we know of what was happening but it did not affect us at all.

Chief: As expected of two monsters, that are as strong as the two of you.

You see we our God, disappeared about a month ago being that it did the other monsters have been vying to assert their dominance over each other.

Rimuru: I say so I guess that being that, the other monsters have been trying to get a step ahead of each other to have a foot hold in the forest.

One of the monster groups has been attacking this village.

Chief: Right they have been harassing us, we have been doing our best to fend them off but.

I connect to Rimuru through thought acceleration, and say I guess big brother Veldora is they're god they are talking about.

Rimuru: I guess so too the timing fits, to when we had met him.

Seeing that the two of, us didn't reply he continues we have been trying our best to defend ourselves but we lack the numbers.
