One day, while Li Xue was practicing her newly acquired knowledge in the palace gardens, a strange figure approached her. Cloaked in a deep blue shawl, the figure's face was hidden in shadows, but Li Xue could sense a strong, commanding presence emanating from them.
"Princess Li Xue, I have been watching you," the figure said, their voice low and steady. "You have been studying diligently to protect your kingdom, and I am here to help you on your quest."
Li Xue regarded the figure warily, unsure of their intentions. "Who are you, and how do you know about my studies?"
The mysterious figure pulled back their hood, revealing a face that was neither young nor old, with eyes that seemed to hold a wealth of knowledge and experience. "My name is Master Yun, and I have served the Mermaid Kingdom for centuries. I have been a silent observer, watching over the royal family and guiding them when needed. Now, it is your turn to receive my guidance, for the fate of the kingdom rests in your hands."
Li Xue was taken aback by this revelation but could not deny the sense of trust and respect she felt towards Master Yun. "I am grateful for your offer, Master Yun, but why have you chosen to reveal yourself to me now?"
Master Yun sighed, his eyes filled with sorrow. "The prophecy has set in motion a series of events that threaten the very existence of our world. I am here to help you harness that potential and protect the Mermaid Kingdom from the doom that lies ahead."
