The Death of Marquess Flint

Marquess Flint's private home is near the town hall. Just like the guest house that has architecture following the buildings in the capital, Marquess Flint's mansion looks out of place in the arid desert city. The house had the same high fence as the guest houses in Nala City. It's just, the security at Marquess Flint's private home was much stricter than the guest houses he had prepared for outsiders.

Unfortunately, no matter how tight the security was, it was all for naught when the most trusted person in the place betrayed her own master. Elijah saw how Heidi easily subverted the gatekeeper, then signaled to Elijah that he could start sneaking into the place.

When they safely entered the house, Heidi suddenly stopped running with Elijah. Heidi's action forced Elijah to stop as well. Elijah frowned until Heidi finally said what the reason was for stopping in the middle of the road.
