Chapter 66: Efficiently Inefficient

A change of mind had hit Isaac this spring. After leaving his car on the outskirts of the city, he decided to take a quick walk toward the Ministry of Magic and Development in the capital where the researchers from the recent expedition were to gather.

After hiding himself beneath a robe, he took in the sights and air of the spring streets of the capital.

All of this had come for a single reason.

To understand.

Isaac had found himself unable to understand people. If it were just people, then it would have been fine for him to never understand them and their emotions. But not being able to understand Lady Kristine too left him perplexed.

There was no way he was going to be alright with that, after all.
