This must also be the reason why the quest "Sucker Trouble" was suddenly cleared and he triggered another quest- a gold-tier emergency quest to be exact which was named, "The Call of Nature".

'Isn't that another term for shitting, pooping and excreting?' Luis scrunched his face in disgust. The system's naming sense is so disgusting.

Nonetheless, the change in the tiers from silver to gold means that it is a harder quest.
