"Mother, Issac, and Anya kissed!" She announced as soon as the beautiful Fae came into view with the dishes in hand. 

His mother did a double take, her mouth dropping open, "Wow, that is surprising," Her gaze instantly connected to his with a questioning look. 

"Anya said she couldn't help herself, so she kissed him. Can you imagine that? The both of them look so adorable together," Kayla continued gushing over them without reading the signal in the room..

She answered, "Yes, my dear, I'm trying to imagine that," His mother's eyes were filled with suspicion and wariness even as they held Issac captive. The mother and child were so close that they learned to communicate with their eyes alone.
