The sky was full of smoke covering the light of the sun, and the battlefield appeared to be a night time with chaotic scene of destruction and death.
The sound of gunfire and explosions filled the air, and the ground shook beneath the feet of the soldiers as they fought for their lives.
Andy had been fighting for what felt like an eternity. He had been on the front lines for hours, dodging bullets and returning fire.
He had seen his comrades fall around him, but he had kept fighting, driven by a fierce determination to survive.
But as the sun began to set on the battlefield, he knew that his luck was running out. He had been hit by shrapnel from an explosion, and his vision was blurry.
He stumbled to his feet, trying to find cover, but it was too late. A sniper's bullet hit him in the chest, and he fell to the ground.
As he lay there, gasping for breath, he knew that he was dying. He had fought bravely, but it wasn't enough. He had given everything he had, but it wasn't enough.
He thought of his women back home, and the life he had left behind. He thought of all the things he had wanted to do, all the places he had wanted to see.
But now, it was all over.
As the darkness closed in around him, he felt a sense of peace. He had done his duty, and he had fought with honor and given his life for this battle.
Suddenly, a word "GAME OVER!" appeared on his vision.
Soon the scenery change, and he found himself standing on a white room with virtual screen showing his points, kill and deaths.
"Damn! I'm almost getting emotional for my sacrifice."
Andy cursed with hippie smile, he was to immersed in battle and almost forgot that that this is just a virtual game.
Soon, his consciousness was transferred to his avatar in the virtual world. He looked around and found himself on a huge square full of people coming and going.
This virtual world was created with the help of their existing technology and supernatural powers such as Apocalypse's "essence tranference" on the virtual helmet, "illusion," "astral projection," and many other mind abilities to make the virtual world as realistic as possible.
With a thought, a virtual screen appeared in front of Andy. "Let's see," he said.
There were tens of thousands of people online now, most of them are the USS Umbrella and female members of the Masque Group.
For now, there were only a handful of virtual games available, such as "Battlefield" with 500-2000 people, "Battle Royale" with 100-1000 participants, "Counter-Strike" with 32-100 players, and some other types of FPS Games turned into virtual game.
In short, the virtual world served as a training ground. Andy had many plans for this virtual world and intended to evolve it into a virtual universe in the future.
With a thought, he exited the virtual world and opened his eyes back to reality.
He removed the virtual helmet and pressed a button to open the cover of the game pod.
"Hah, I have been playing for hours non-stop," Andy muttered and did some stretching after stepping out of the game pod. Actually, he could also play inside the symbiote cocoon, but he preferred the game pod.
"Oh right, I need to attend a graduation ceremony later," he remembered that this day was an important day for Dottie Underwood. He quickly went out of the game room to take a cool bath and eat lunch.
Even though he didn't need to take a bath and eat because of his magic and superpowers, he still willingly maintained this habit.
After cleaning himself, he quickly went to the huge dining room of the mansion with the Star-Spangled Maids preparing the meals.
"Good day, sir," Angela the Headmaid greeted him and pulled the chair for him to sit.
"Hello, Angela .. Where are the kids?" Their family had rules that everyone must attend together in lunch and dinner if they were in the mansion.
Suddenly, Adrienne's voice sounded, "What kids? I'm not a kid, they are the kids."
Soon, a group of young girls came down from the stairs with messy hair. They were Adrienne, Raven, Emma, Cordelia, Eva, Meggan, Moira, and Astrid.
"Hmph, you're also a kid. Sister Violet said that as long as your chest remains flat, you are also a kid like us," Raven retorted.
Adrienne looked down at her chest, then at the rest of the kids, seemingly getting it. "How dare you," she immediately became furious and began to chase Raven.
"Haha," Raven laughed then ran and hid behind Andy.
"Ok, enough of your playing," Andy quickly stopped them from running around and said, "Why the heck didn't you all take a bath? Can't you see your looks? Your hair looks like a bird's nest."
"Well, we played all night in one room, so we have messy hair and forgot to take a bath," Emma answered obediently, afraid that he would dislike them if she lied.
"Furthermore, we already used cleanse magic, so we are good," Cordelia stuck out her tongue.
Andy slapped his forehead in annoyance. These little girls really knew how to be lazy. He said, "Ok, go to your seats and eat... Meggan and Eva, sit beside me."
"Umu!" "Rawr." The two little girls trotted to his side, summoning a chair so they could sit comfortably with the table's height.
"Honestly?" Andy held his forehead. These two little girls really didn't like to speak other than "Umu" and "Rawr."
"Come to think of it, where is Lotus?" He suddenly realized that she is not here again.
Lady Lotus is always visiting the relocation camp of the Japanese-American citizen and taking care of her fellow Japanese. Speaking of the Japanese-American relocation camp, he suddenly thought of Golden Woman. It seemed he needed to visit there later and find her.
"Well, Sister Lotus was called by Sister Agnes and said that she will be trained as the head of Umbrella Japan after the war." Moira replied.
"Oh, I see." Andy nodded and thought that Lady Lotus is nearing 18 years old, it's just that he didn't know how that girl will take the outcome of the war in Japan. In the comics, she became a villain because of the nuclear bombing of Nagasaki and Hiroshima.
"All right, time to eat, girls." Andy ordered, and the girls quickly sat on there respective seats.
The table was set with an array of delicious food, and the group of young girls eagerly dug in, their eyes lighting up with excitement.
As they ate, Andy and the girls joked and teased each other, their laughter filling the room.
The Star-Spangled maids and Angela moved around the table, serving the children and ensuring that everyone had everything they needed.
