The next day, Itzy once again prepared food and handed it to Ryker, who accepted it with a smile of gratitude. Unbeknownst to him, Itzy had ulterior motives, using him as a means to achieve her own goals. If Ryker were to discover the truth, his reaction would likely be a mix of shock, hurt, and a sense of betrayal. The trust he had formed with Itzy through their shared meals would be shattered.

Just as Jace emerged from his room, he caught sight of the two of them. He hesitated for a moment, contemplating whether to retreat back into his room, but it was already too late, as they had already noticed him.

"Yo, Jace!" Ryker greeted him warmly, causing him to pause at the entrance of his room.

Jace glanced at him and simply nodded. Then his gaze shifted to Itzy, who stared back at him intently while he showed no emotion.

"Let's go; we might be late for school," Ryker said, his tone tinged with happiness.
