"No, no, I won't force you!"

The evil corpse fetus was on the verge of tears. 

He knew full well that this was his last chance—his only chance for survival. If he lost this opportunity, he'd be trapped here forever.

He had already made up his mind: as long as Braydon Neal let him out, he would flee. 

He'd run to the ends of the earth and never look back.

The plan sounded good, but since Braydon, that old fox, had taken an interest in him, how could he escape so easily?

"In that case, let's sign a soul contract," Braydon said with a merciless smile.

"Soul contract?" The corpse fetus's fury ignited. "I won't do it! Once I sign, I'll be under your control forever, even as I continue to cultivate. You could kill me with a single thought. I'm not signing it!"

"Don't go… could we make it a contract of equals?" the evil corpse fetus shrieked, pleading.

But Braydon was unmoved.
