"What's the point? I only wish her shot had hit my head back then. That way, I wouldn't have to feel this pain," Alfredo said, his already heavy heart feeling even more burdened.
His little princess was sleeping peacefully beside someone else.
"Let's go. Even if you're sad, don't make a scene here. Go back to your room and recover. The Independent State needs you to handle many things," Sun Ning said, dragging Alfredo back to his room, where they ran into the bald man heading out to find him.
