At midnight, while they were asleep Lucius heard a knock on their door, he look at Evelyn who was fast asleep not wanting to wake her up he stood up quietly and walk towards the door, when he open the door he saw his three brother and two sisters with his headmistress Alexa and queen Bella by the doorpost seeing them he smile "why are you here" he ask, queen Bella was the first person to speak "we were unable to attend your wedding so we came to greet your wife" she said in a mocking voice, Lucius knew they hated him but no matter how much they hated him he didn't harbor bad feelings for them "she is asleep now" he responded "too bad we won't be able to see our new family member" the eldest prince who is also the crown prince, Felipe says "am very sure she is very pretty" the second son, prince Dexter added "Lucifer won't marry her if she was ugly" the queen said with dark chuckles, Lucius knew they were mocking him but he is use to it, they have been mocking him since childhood "while on still on the thought Evelyn was already beside him "what's going on" she ask in husky voice "you awake? I didn't mean to wake you up" she rub her eyes before her eyes finally landed on the people before her looking elegant "who are they," she ask facing Lucius "ha..." He trail off "my family" he smile, she looks at him curiously but they didn't come to the wedding, "I told you she is very beautiful" queen Bella smirk "too bad Alexa, brother won't be able to spend the night with you anymore," prince Wilson the youngest prince said and they all burst into laughter, Evelyn look at them confuse they aren't praising him they are mocking him aren't they in good terms? She thought she look at the lady in the middle whom prince Wilson points out to be Alexa, her hair is curly blue and she has black eye color, and her lips is thin and pink she is beautiful more beautiful than her, is this why he chooses her to be his mistress because she is beautiful? "Can you please leave? My wife needs rest" Lucius said "of course, we will, we just came to say hello, so bye" the queen said, they bid their goodbye laughing as they leave. They both enter their room and close the door after they left "your family... They..." Evelyn said "are kind, they came to check on us even though it's late," he said "so that's your mistress"

"Yes" he lay on the bed "she is very beautiful" she lays beside him "yes she is" she puff her cheek "goodnight" she shut her eyes.

"good morning" Evelyn heard a sweet masculine voice greet Evelyn flew her eyes open she look beside her and found Lucius beside her brushing her hair softly "good morning, your highness" she manage to sit up "how was your night," he asked "fine your highness"

"Evelyn..." He whispered her name causing her to shiver slightly "yes your highness" she managed to look up at him but look down immediately, she felt his hand and hers squeezing it softly, he inhale sharply and look at Evelyn "are you scared?" He ask, she look at him why is he asking her that question he wasn't supposed to ask her if she is sacred, he should be happy that she is afraid of him "no, your highness"

"If you are not, I told you to call me my name when we are alone and we are alone now," he said, she was unable to believe her ears her eyes widen as she look at him "am sorry Lucius, my mother instruct me to respect my husband, I just don't want to disrespect you" Lucius laugh wondering why he was laughing, but she loves it when he laughs "am not like that Eve, don't be afraid to say my name I will always be here for you," he said slowly melting Evelyn's heart "okay Lucius"

"Good" he stand up "get dressed, his majesty invite us for breakfast," he said, "the king? Okay".

King Williams arrange for breakfast with the four princes the two princes the queen with Lucian and his wife in long dinning room covered with golden paintings the table is long and it could contain 30 people or more the table was sealed with golden wood and thin candles were place on it, there was rows of golden chairs on each side of the table plates were laid out with dishes everyone was present expect from the king who is yet to arrive, each prince sat beside his wife and the princess sat beside the queen they were all chattering amoung themselves and they all look happy expect from Lucius Evelyn wonder what could be wrong do they hate him that much the scenero was like no one knew about Lucius presence nor care about him Evelyn inhale sharply he was wrong they were not kind they hated him so much seeing this she hold his hand flashing him an assuring smile sooner the door open and the king enter everyone stood up to greet the king including Evelyn expect from Lucius who was still sitting down Evelyn eyes widen she didn't expect him to sit down even with the king arrival bringing her back to their wedding ceremony how he greeted her father 'he is rude that's why they didn't like him I guess' "still rude as always I wonder if you will ever change" one of the prince say when sitting down "no side talk" the king said and bow Evelyn look at Lucius who was staring at his food that moment he look like a ghost among the living looking around she notice Alexa sitting beside the queen 'what is she doing here is she part of the royal family now?' she ask herself Alexa was busy staring at Evelyn making her wonder what exactly the problem is she is beautiful with her long blue hair and black eyes but why is she still staring at her.

They all ate their breakfast in silence before the king received a call and then leave again "guess your husband hasn't introduced us to you did he?" The queen spoke in barely mocking voice "am queen Bella" she added Evelyn scoff inwardly 'i already knew so you don't have to tell me that' she said to herself "here is princess Monica the crown prince wife" she introduce a lady sitting beside Alexa "and this is crown prince Felipe" she point towards the man beside her "and this is Alexa your husband head mistress he has actually been bedding her for a long time she is a family now" with that Evelyn felt her head blow hot why is she telling her that, as Alexa was flashing her annoying smile at Evelyn "okay your highness" she reply and force a smile the queen smirk and continue the introduction Felipe the crown prince who is the eldest child and his wife Monica, prince Dexter and his wife Tara, prince Wilson and his wife Natasha, princess Maddie who is the first daughter and princess Maya with Lucius who is the youngest "so finally I get to see my brother wife" Maddie said with mocking chuckle "I guess you have tell her all your embarrassing story right Lucifer?" The queen added Evelyn look at Lucius who look so unconcern about their rubbish talk instead he was slipping his wine as if he did not hear a thing 'but wait why is she calling him Lucifer instead of Lucius she heard the prince and princess laugh "of course Lucifer won't tell her afraid she might run away from him too" Felipe said the queen stands up and stood behind Alexa "haven't you thought of your husband been a monster or..... " She trailed off "maybe albinoid" Natasha pick up here her mother left off Evelyn could see Lucius hissing uncomfortably clenching his fist together

till his knuckles turn white they didn't hated him because he was rude there was some reason else Evelyn thought "even in this century I have never seen anyone with white hair a long one at that" queen Bella said "even with grey eyes" Felipe smirk "have he ever tell you his true identity?" queen Bella scoff Lucius raise up his head and look at the queen with annoyance "aren't you sacred that you are married to a mysterious man huh? Princess Evelyn" queen Bella ask "perhaps his true identity didn't stop him from getting marry and make his wife turn his back on him" Evelyn suddenly replied she didn't know why she suddenly felt the urge to defend him but she felt that he is alone queen Bella smirk unpleasing at Evelyn she is not willing to give up "so you don't actually believe us telling you that your husband is mysterious" he ask "why should I your highness" she reply with a smirk "did his long white hair make him mysterious or his grey eyes make him mysterious" she said in a more challenging tone with a hint of mock "even the king disgust him have you ever wonder why princess?" Lucius's body tensed up ready to fire back at the queen noticing that Evelyn slowly reaches out for his hand under the table and laid it on his calming his nerves down Lucius look at her with surprise but Evelyn gave her an assuring smile he inhale and look at queen Bella still in his furious gaze "I pray you don't end up running away from him" the queen said "I will not, no matter what comes may, he is still my husband" Evelyn said and the others gaze at her with horror written all over their face, Lucius smile inwardly now he realizes that he is married to an angel in person.
