Riser's the last one

Goku would touch down from the sky sensing everyone's chi signatures. "Issei looks like you are about to get tag-teamed." As the Rook, Isabela would charge at Goku but he would dodge.

Goku would keep dodging in base form. She would yell "Why can't I hit him?" Goku would chuckle, "I outclass you in strength and speed a billionfold." Then Goku would cup his hands.

"KAAAAMEEEE", A blue orb of energy would form in Goku's cupped hands, "HAAAAMEEEE HA" Goku would stretch his hand forwards as a beam of energy would fire at Isabela.

The beam would hit and she would be eliminated immediately. Sirzechs Lucifer who was watching the rating battle would say, "Is he holding back?"

Rias would land on the roof of a house to see Riser had already arrived there. "So you anticipated our plan. You're looking as Vulgar as ever."

Issei would see Riser shoot a fireball which was blocked by a barrier as he would yell "RIAS!" Asia would look at Issei and Rias would respond, "Issei don't worry about me." Issei would start to speak but Rias would interrupt.

"Issei focus on your opponents, not mine." As Issei would look back at his enemies he would say "President." His sacred gear would shout "Dragon booster! Second liberation."

His sacred gear changed it had armour around Issei's fingers and it had gotten more yellow spike. "KIBA UNLEASH YOUR SACRED GEAR", Kiba would retort "Yes."

He would stab his sword into the ground as he would yell, "Sword birth." A multitude of swords would raise from the ground going to Issei. His dragon sacred gear would yell, "Transfer."

Larger swords would come with more power and a large area of effect. They would spread out and would kill all of the remaining Riser pawns. As Goku would look towards Rias.

Riser would fire a flurry of fire-based attacks. Goku would tell Issei to stand back.
