337. Time To Go

Mauve chewed softly as she sat at the dining table for the last meal. The table was filled with more people than usual but one person wasn't at the table and by the looks of things he won't be joining them.

Even Haney was back, Mauve didn't know when he returned to the castle but it was safe to assume it was sometime after the second meal as he didn't join them.

Mauve watched Erick give the orders to the servant to start serving. Lord Levaton had a puzzled expression and even Lady looked worried.

"The Primus won't be joining us?" Lord Levaton finally asked. He glanced from one of Jael's personal guards to the other.

"I am afraid not." It was Danag who spoke, he looked like he had tried to do something about this but had failed woefully.

"Did something happen?" Jevera asked. "We haven't seen him since we arrived." She sounded more worried than annoyed.
