He weakly smiles at me and kisses my forehead again.

“Because of me, you got a fever; brother Ethan told me that you finish all your work in Europe so you can go home early. You should be home by next month, but why does it take that long?” I whined.

I forgot that he told me he would stay there for a month or two. I thought he was joking then, so I didn’t take it seriously.

He chuckled softly.

“You should be home after three days or one week.” I am complaining to him.

Brother Ethan called Jase, too, for me to believe. Brother Jase told me that he had left unfinished work and rushed here.

They still have a business meeting needed to attend in Rome. They also lost the contract because Kier suddenly flew here, and brother Jase didn’t know about it.

“I am home now, baby.” He held my hand and intertwined it.

“I am home now.” It’s like he is saying that I am his home.
