"An underground tunnel?" Meng Xing muttered after he and Qiu Si met up with Qiu Ershi after they changed into the clothes of the locals which Qiu Ershi handed to them last night.

"Yes." Qiu Ershi nodded. "I was looking at the map last night and noticed that the hideouts of the assassins where they disappeared are too small for their large number." He explained.

Qiu Si's expression is thoughtful. "Indeed. Based on the map, there are streets right behind these houses and establishments…" he muttered. "An underground tunnel is highly possible." He said.
