"Fire!"
Hovering above ground, General Xris bellows fiercely and points toward the large dome in front of us.
A squad of five hundred Xyrian soldiers—the ballistic squad— wearing military attire adorned with pillar emblems and occupying the front row of the large army, stretch forth their hands and clench them.
Their antennae, glowing dark blue.
Large pillar-like weapons, shaped in an inverted triangle, hovering close to each of them and aligned to face the dome start spewing out large continuous bursts of particle beams on the dome.
This dome city is Lxra—the last stronghold of Xyrian resistance—and the last place to conquer on this planet to end everything.
"Stop."
I command softly but my voice echoes all over the place as I notice a screen forming on the dome's surface, making all the soldiers cease their attacks.
I'm calmly hovering above the army with my arms crossed with my black and red suit on, my now long curly hair fluttering with the wind behind me.
The screen flashes and the visage of an old Xyrian male, wearing a noble military attire adorned with a strange coat of arms appears.
His face is in a hateful frown as he gazes down at us.
"Noble-Lord Vaeris, I hope you are here to discuss your terms of surrender."
Grand General Xris says hopefully as the soldiers make way for him to stand right in front of them.
"Surrender? I'll never surrender my family's legacy to a foreign invader! I'm here to stop this madness at once! That alien is the enemy, not me, I'm sure if we combine all. our manpower right now we can overwhelm him. General Xris and my fellow Xyrians, let's save our noble Freehold!"
He says passionately, but his face change when he sees that there's no response from the soldiers.
General Xris sighs pitifully and then looks at Vaeris with a determined look.
"You don't get it, do you? The war has been lost, my Lord is victorious. I'll give you one more chance to surrender Noble-Lord Vaeris, refuse and you and your descendants die when we breach your dome."
He says.
Well said, Xris. Looks like it wasn't a bad idea to let him handle this.
Vaeris's face contorts to a frown and he curses loudly before he cuts the screen off.
"I'd like to see you try, traitorous Xyrian scum!"
General Xris calmly turns around and orders loud enough for everyone to hear.
"Use full power, I want the dome to be destroyed in the next minute!"
Their antennae glow simultaneously and they stretch their hands towards the dome, making the Hyper-Beamers—the pillar-like weapon—align their pointed edges to the dome, and with a loud electronic hum, larger and much more concentrated beams blast into the dome.
<Crack!>
Within a minute of full-powered continuous blasts, a large portion of the front cracks open, creating a very large and wide hole.
"Move!"
The General shouts and the soldiers swiftly move into the city. A battle ensues as numerous oval-shaped crafts engage the army along the streets but the soldiers and the [Takers] start gunning them down easily.
With a smirk on my face, I calmly move through the air and enter the city as my army destroys and kills the opposing Xyrians and machines.
Cruising through the sky, along the distinct spiral skyscrapers, as explosions and fire spread all over the large mega city like a plague, a victorious smile can't help but draw on my face.
Finally, after five days of tireless effort, I've finally conquered the mighty Xyrian Freehold.
With this, my secondary goal and aspiration will start, and who knows maybe by the time I get my hands on the other half, I'll be the Sole ruler of a large part of this universe.
...Now that's something.
Thirty minutes later, I find myself in a very large and futuristic square surrounded by four towers. The inhabitant Xyrians can be seen everywhere together with the soldiers and the Takers, their faces are solemn.
Next to me on the hovering platform, mid-air is a shaking Noble-Lord Vaeris.
Smiling, I grab him by the back of his head and hang him over the edge of the platform, right in front of the watching crowd.
"The war ends now."
I remark and by applying a little force to my grip, crush his head into bloody pieces, making some of the citizens flinch and yelp.
"Long Live the Prime Imperium!"
One Xyrian soldier screams fervently and within seconds all the soldiers and Commanders follow and start chanting.
"Love Live the Imperium! Long Live, Emperor Prime!"
"Love Live the Imperium! Long Live, Emperor Prime!"
"Love Live the Imperium! Long Live, Emperor Prime!"
"Love Live the Imperium!....."
Xyrians...Check.

[▪︎Planet Vestas, The Zxrus Star System▪︎]
Sitting on a futuristic hovering throne, in the middle of a dark blue cubical room with uncountable holographic screens littered everywhere, I prop my chin on my fist and scan them using my eyes and senses.
Today is my last day here. These past few days, I've been holding meetings with the government of this place to further understand and change some things.
For example, the resident Artificial Intelligence. As a semi-type two civilization, they have a very potent AI system that helps in the development and general management.
It's far more powerful than Seraph but I already calculated this so I made Seraph create a duplicate of herself in the chip with a newly developed piece of alien program we bought from the Black Market back on Earth.
Basically, with that program, Seraph can infect and devour systems like AI and UI to increase her capabilities and strength.
After fully conquering them, I automatically got full power over everything so I simply inserted the chip into the main database, and voila, everything digital was in my control.
Which is a lot of power considering the type of civilization these people are.
Plus, now I have the records of all their technology from their Hyperdrive engines to their ongoing development of a machine similar to Dyson's sphere.
The Freehold is completely in my grasp with this and since I've basically brainwashed all the Noble‐Lords—the ruling party of the Freehold—together with all of the soldiers, there's is basically no chance of a rebellion.
The people have also seen my prowess so naturally, they have an overwhelming fear of me which is a major deterrent considering the fact that I'm utilizing some of the mechanical moons to create more [Takers].
So I have nothing to worry about.
The Xyrians are a war-loving race so I've given them a mission or in other words, I've increased the relevance of their previous goal—conquering other systems and planets for the Imperium.
Hopefully, with this, they will gradually develop a sense of patriotism for the Imperium and this will go a long way to cement my position in the Universe.
Otherwise, I'd just have to brainwash everyone and that's something that'll take forever to accomplish considering the fifty billion population of Xyrians—not counting the other races.
With the new weapons and tech being developed by Seraph together with the help of the [Takers] plus some genetic engineering procedures using Compound V to enhance their [Technopathy] and overall physiology, I'm very optimistic about their success.
Anyways, it's time to head back home. While I'm gone Seraph will be in charge from the shadows, ensuring everything goes as planned and since I plan on visiting occasionally, everything will be fine.
|This is the chip. Tell the other me, I say hi.|
Seraph says as a small pillar forms out of the floor and stops beside me. A sleek triangular chip is on top of it.
"Don't worry, she'll hear of this."
I chuckle as I take the chip and get up from my seat.
"I'll see you soon Seraph."
I say as I create a portal.
|You too.|
The moment she replies, I send a causal wave and walk through.
Instantly, I appear on the rooftop of my Skyscraper and look up at the bright crescent moon as the fresh cold wind brushes against me.
I smile and walk to the edge to look below at the bustling brightly illuminated city, just up ahead you can see a nearby bank on fire, as armed robbers pour out of it.
But just as they come out, a leotard-wearing hero arrives and knocks them out, and proceeds to fire a jet of water to quench it.
.... It's good to be back.
