That's What I Expected Of My Good Brother!!

At the top of the bridge walk at the lover's cave, Mergus was standing With his back facing the flowing spring when Luke and Amanda walk up to him and stand next to him, from his left to right. His white robe dances with the cool wind of the night with his silver hair fall in a perfect place on his back.

The snowflakes kiss his handsome face as he stares on, unperturbed by the strong cold weather. Mergus crosses his two hands behind his back. His face was expressionless.

"Greetings Milord!" Luke started, followed by Amanda. Mergus glances at them and averts his eyes before blinking them lazily.

"Amanda, report back to Milord!" Amanda added before handing over the white scroll in her hand to Mergus, who accepted it.

Mergus gives the two of them a

quizzing gaze as he folds his hands behind him, the white scroll beneath his folded palms.

Luke slowly gave a slight cough and shared eye contact with Amanda, who nodded her head in affirmation.

"Milord! Amanda and I ran into each other on our way back. On our way back, we felt this… Strange aura, we followed it, and it led us to the front of the divine Witch's Cabin," Luke informed with his arms crossed in front of him. Mergus raised his left eyebrow. "So??"

"Milord, when we got there, the sight that welcomed us was the witch's dead body, Luella!!" Amanda counters deeply, as she narrates the entire event and how they saw it.

Mergus's eyes, dim, he takes a gradual step forward standing in front of his two subordinates who stare at his icy back, confused look lace under their eyes.

Luke and Amanda exchange eye contact, seeing the dangerous Aura emitting from their master.

Amanda walks closer to him but stops on her track the moment Mergus snaps his head around to face them. His godly face was filled with complicated emotions. He raises his lips in an evil grin.

"The prophecy, isn't it?" He asks his subordinates, who stare at him perplexed.

Luke's eyes flicker for some moments before his eyes land on his master. He took a step in front of him, staring directly into his eyes.

"Your lordship! What's going on in your mind?" he asked him in a calm voice.

Mergus' evil grin widened more. "What do you think, Luke?" Luke swallows hard, seeing another strange side of his master.

Mergus breathed out huskily, his face still plastered with an evil grin. He handed the white scroll in his hands to Luke, who collected it.

"The Mystic World will go into a fiasco sooner than I imagine. I need to thank this prophecy, shouldn't we?" he asserted in a mellow voice, an evil grin still cast on his face.

He stares at his subordinates, who have a deep furor going on their faces. He clicks his tongue. "Luke, I accept, you know what to do with the scroll?" Luke crossed his hand to his chest bowing his head. "Yes, Milord!" Luke response.

"Someone should well welcome the dogs," Mergus said with a meaningless smile.

Mergus turns his head to face the atmosphere, looking at the cloudy sky, and Moody space, Altogether, with the strong, snaking weather.

He turns his head to face Amanda. As he circles, his arms around her neck. "Ama, why don't we check the city of Louisiana? I bet it will be fun tonight." Amanda blinked her eyes hearing his words and cleared her throat.

"Milord, if I am right, tonight is the bloodbath for Marcus. I don't know if this can be of any use to his lordship, but I saw his Eminence Marcus in the wolf's king palace today!" Amanda asserted, her voice full of worry.

Mergus rubs his thumb on her cheeks and smiles." Ama, the fiasco hasn't started yet, but it's already getting interesting." Mergus said. Amanda and Luke look at him their eyes full of skepticism.

"But for now, let's go see what's so special about the human city," he said with an evil grin, not minding the information Amanda relayed to him.

Amanda nods her head in agreement.

Luke stares at his master. The calm before the storm appearance he emits is far too dangerous, his eyes flicking. "Milord, are you not going to do anything?" Mergus snaps his head in his direction, removing his arms from Amanda's neck as he walks toward Luke. He placed both of his hands on his shoulder. Luke stares at him, puzzled.

Mergus soothes Lukes's collar and slaps his shoulder gently before he turns around, folding his arms behind his back again, staring at nothing.

"Luke, what were you able to find? '' Mergus changed the question. Luke's eyes flick, he placed his hand inside the breast pocket of his attire and brought out a piece of blue fabric, his eyes shining at his accomplishments.

"Milford! I was able to trace the owner of this fabric," Luke said while raising his lip in a smug smile.

Mergus's eyes widen at his words, unexplainable expressions display on his face.

Luke seeing the interest on his master's face continues with his findings.

"Milord! there's this group of men called shadow men, from my discoveries their alliance was just formed, they go by the named shadow men because they were special, but these are exterminating weapons planned by Marcus!" Luke informs him while furrowing his eyebrows.

Amanda folds her hands with interest by the side as she listens to Marcus' findings, her eyes darkening.

Mergus gave a low laugh, his Amber eyes scanning the faces of his two subordinates who had serious expressions on their faces.

"That's what I expected of my good Brother,"

Mergus said with a very dark expression. His gaze returns to Amanda, raising his lips in an evil smile. "Let's head to the city, Ama…"

Smirking, Amanda nods her head in accordance. "Yes! Milord!" Like a flash, Mergus dashes into the air, his being transformed into the birds of the night.

He flies towards the human world [City Of Louisiana] Amanda exchanges glances with Luke, who nods his head at her. Amanda spread her arms wide, using the force of the wind. She crosses her arms together and disappears into the darkness.
