10 Decision About Future

"Brother, what happened to you?"

"Mmm, your big brother manifested his quirk, Hana." Hina answered her.

When Hama heard that, she froze on the spot without saying anything. Seeing this, Haruto asked her, "Hana, are you alright?"

"Wi..l..l.. bro...ther... lea...ve... Ha...na... l..i.ke mom and dad did?" She asked in a broken voice without looking at Haruto.

Hearing this, he shook his head and thought, 'She's still not over it, huh?' Then he hugged her, covered them inside his wings, and said, "I won't leave my sister like that. What made you think that?"

In a small, fearful voice, she replied, "Now my brother has a quirk, and Hana doesn't. Brother will leave Hana because of that."

"Look, Hana, look at me." He slowly raised her face up, and looking into her eyes, he continued, "My quirk manifested after the age of twelve. That means my quirk manifested late; you are my little sister, so you may even manifest your quirk a bit late. So don't worry. Even if you don't manifest a quirk, your brother won't leave you like those people did. And you have mama and papa too; don't forget about them; they took me in even when I didn't have any quirks."

"So big brother won't leave Hana?"

"No, I won't. I promise."

"Pinky promise?"

"Pinky promise." He said that he kissed her forehead and retracted his wings.

"Cool." Hana involuntarily said that. In reply, he just smiled at her and spoke to Axeel in his mind: 'Axe, when we get home, remind me to make a new serum with my DNA as the base.'

[Affirmative Sir.]

"So, you can retract it like your claws, huh?" Chiyo's question brought him out of his conversation with Axel.

"Yes."

"Alright, why don't you try to control the darkness? There were signs that showed us you could control it."

"Alright, I'll try." Saying that Haru tried to move his shadow around, and he succeeded in controlling it.

After a couple of more tests, Chiyo said, "Well, he's not quirkless anymore; his body has changed into that of a hawk or egale. And his quirk is control over darkness. So got any name for your physique?"

"Name it Angel's physique."

"Alright. So this is your quirk, Angel physique mutation, and umbrakinesis."

"So, Haru, what do you want to be in the future since you have a quirk now?"

"I'll be a hero. But not a famous one who's in the ranking's. I would like to be a hero like both of you, the Shadow King and Queen."

When Hina and Sho heard this, they looked proud and a little bit irked at Nezu for giving out their nickname to Haruto.

When Nezu heard this, he just smiled and thought about what Sir Nighteye told them after seeing Haruto's future.

"He had wings of darkness, I would say."

"What do you mean by that?"

"It's just vague, actually. He will become a hero, that's for sure. But he will be like the both of you, Nightwing and Nyx. He'll lurk in the darkness to strike down his enemy, and from what I saw, his heart is in the right place, but he's a bit ruthless."

"Well, that's assuring to hear." Sho said that.

"What do you mean by that?" Torino asked him.

"Well, he's a good kid. I know that since I've seen him helping out in the community and the ruthlessness that is needed in this occupation, they can't be all smiles."

"Right, so you are saying that he has wings of darkness, right, Sasaki-kun?" I asked him.

"Yes"

"Mmm." I started to think about the possible quirks for him and came to a conclusion. "He may have a quirk based on darkness. The wings may be created with the help of darkness. So my advice is to train him well before sending him to UA; after that, the teachers will handle him."

"That won't be a problem. But I don't know what he aspires to be after he grows up."

"Well, from what Sasaki-kun saw, he most likely will manifest his quirk in the coming years. And you guys will have to explain your hero carrier to him since he knows about your nicknames."

"And who's fault is that?"

"What? It's fun to see you guys getting flustered. Anyway, from the way this is going, I believe he'll be like you guys, waiting in the darkness to strike at the right time."

"Probably" Sasaki-kun agreed with me.

"So, brother, will you be a hero?" Hana asked Haruto with a star in her eye's

"Yep. Your brother will be a hero so that you can be proud of me." He replied with a smile on his face.

"Well then, Nezu, I hope you'll help in registering his quirk."

"That can be done. It's a simple matter, after all. Now go home and celebrate his quirk manifest." Saying that Nezu left the area.

After talking with the recovery girl for some time, the family of four left UA and went back to their home.

On the way Haruto talked with Axel, 'Axel, what should we give Hana as her quirk?'

[Sir, I would suggest not giving her the ability to control darkness.]

'And why is that?'

Control over darkness can affect a normal person's psyche.

You are not affected by it because of your mental shield that protects your mind, sir.

So I would suggest giving her the extermis virus so that she can control fire.

'Alright, it's decided; I'll give her the extermis serum and wings like mine by including the Angels DNA from X-Men in the Super Soldier serum. But before that, let me ask her:

"Hana"

"Yes brother?"

"If you also manifest your quirk in later years, what do you want it to be?"

"I want wings like a brother, so that we'll be a match."

"Of course it has to be a match." Haruto said that with a small smile and thought, 'So that's it. I'll be the Dark Angel, and she'll be the Fire Angel.'
