Sue Terin moved her limbs, but she could not feel them touching anything. Heck, she did not even feel her body! It was as if her senses were being blocked by something.

She felt as if she was floating in limbo – never knowing where she would be taken.

'Am I dead?' Sue Terin asked herself.

Surely, she was not dead…. Right?

Half-doubting her supposed full-proof plan of 'dying' in front of Heidi to create the illusion that the Child of Eve was dead, Sue Terin could only sigh. With that plan, no matter how absurd and risky it sounded, it was worth a shot for Sue Terin.

Why?

Because she needed time to escape the Demon Clan's territories. And she needed time to create a perfect disguise before she looked for a way to go to the Portal and find a way to use it.
