Chapter 71: My Beauty, I Will Protect

When Hannah rushed to the agreed-upon dessert shop, Jack Stewart was already waiting for her.

He sat in the spot by the window, dressed in a floral shirt and jeans. His hair, stiff with styling gel, was neatly combed and rest on his forehead. His face was so fair that many girls would feel self-conscious in comparison. His facial features were quite delicate. When quiet, he looked like a clean-cut and handsome young man.

He was sitting in his chair with two frosty cups of lemon water in front of him. One hand was resting on his waist, with his other fanning himself beside his head.

Upon seeing Hannah walk in, he sauntered over. "Oh my, my little beauty, under such a blazing sun, you didn't even think to use an umbrella. If your skin were to get damaged by the sun, it would hurt me so much."

As he spoke, he started to apply his own sunscreen on Hannah's face.
