This was a statement that claimed sibling bonds, and in normal families, this statement could have made people happy. 

This statement could have translated to a bond that people wanted to appreciate and yet as they stood there, their jaws on the floor of the stinking house, they couldn't believe that this was happening. 

Hell, even the prisoners had momentarily forgotten that they were prisoners. It was understandable though, because never in the history of ever had anyone ever imagined that Kaia Seto had siblings. 

The people who knew that he had siblings had always resorted to never talking about Kaia Seto because to them, the evil of the Seto house was like cancer and it spread so fast that it was almost difficult to completely eliminate it. 

There would have been intense repercussions.
