The bear clan couldn't take it any longer and all of them surrendered. The irresistible pressure from the bloodlines subtly bent their will. And the brown bear saw that Voli was the same kind as them. This factor made them surrender fully as they already planned to have a leader for a long time, but no bear from their clan was strong and qualified enough to lead them.

Being led by the same bear as them wasn't as unacceptable. It's better than being led by other creatures.

If such a situation arises, the brown bear clan would rather die than submit. It's also because of this reason that they haven't submitted to the Siberian tigers yet.
