Chapter 1 Death on the Full Moon

"Dulcibella, watch out! Run!" Ulrika pulled Dulcibella towards the door, their ears filled with the sound of fighting and howling of wolves, her beta father had abandoned them after he had angered the Alpha.

In front of Dulcibella, the scene was extremely bloody as the ground was a mass of blood and the bodies of her family, causing her a great deal of pain. Seeing a wolf lunging at them, Ulrika immediately pushed Dulcibella away, but her own neck was broken by the wolf's sharp claws, the warm blood sprayed onto Dulcibella's face in a split second.

"Run! Now! "shouted to Dulcibella, Ulrika used her last strength to shift into a wolf and squeezed the hind legs of that wolf.

With tears in her eyes, but unwilling to disappoint Ulrika's kindness, Dulcibella took one last look at Ulrika, then turned her head and ran towards the door.

She had just run to the door as a hand directly pierced her heart and Dulcibella's eyes widened, slowly falling backwards.

"It's a pity to lose such a beautiful face."

The man's low, cold voice rang in her ears, her eyes were bloodshot and she couldn't see anything, the only she could feel was a powerful breath around her, brushing her face, making her soul tremble.

On the night of the full moon, Dulcibella died, died on the day her father attempted to kill Alpha. On this day, not a single member of the Davis family survived, all of them died because of her arrogant and madcap father. Alpha used the lives of dozens of their family to prove a fixed rule to the entire Asaro pack-- His authority is inviolable.

Lying on the ground with her eyes tightly closed, Dulcibella was surrounded by a pack of wolves that were resuming their human shape between walks. They had just beaten Dulcibella severely while all of a sudden she passed out for some reason.

"Jocasta, she's not dead, is she?" A woman asked in fear.

Jocasta had a look of pleasure in her eyes, she wasn't afraid. she would be happier if Dulcibella is really dead. Even she couldn't wait to kill Dulcibella herself as she just thought that last night when she had sex with Karma, Karma was calling "her" name.

Dulcibella felt nothing but pain all over her body, and her eyes suddenly opened, filled with deep fear, a fear that made her almost immobile.

The pain on her chest made her scream out, and she sat up violently as if she had regained her strength in a flash.

Her actions also frightened the people around her and they took a step back.

After looking around, Dulcibella found this was not her home. She put her hand on her chest but didn't feel the wound.

She couldn't believe it, then took off her clothes to check. No wounds, no scars on the smooth and delicate skin.

Was everything just a dream of hers?

No! Impossible!

That's definitely not a dream!

The pain of being stabbed through the heart still remained in her mind, as well as the powerful cold breath she felt before dying ... It was absolutely real, but why was she still alive?

"Is she crazy?" The people around her raised questions as they watched her strange behavior.

A tint of disappointment flashed Jocasta's eyes. How she hadn't just died? And then Jocasta smiled slyly as she remembered a more brutal way to kill Dulcibella. She knelt down, cupped Dulcibella's chin and said, "Originally, I just wanted you to die quickly, and since that's the case, I'll just have to be more ruthless."

"You guys, throw her into the Devil's Hole."Ordered Jocasta as she turned to the men behind her.

The ordered wolves were stunned! Seriously? The Devil's Hole! That's where the Wolvemorts gather. Wolvemorts, the extremely crazy werewolves, have always been bloodthirsty and take pleasure in killing their own kind. They love to eat werewolves alive. Even if the stunned crowd had a thousand reluctance to go to the Devil'Hole, they didn't dare to disobey Jocasta's order, because she is Alpha's daughter, in the Ladakh pack.

Dulcibella tried to resist, but she was too weak and the only thing she could do was to watch them approach.
