A.I.M. Part 3

Looking at the smiling Aldrich, I ask him:

"Your weapons can fight against my Sentinels?"

Aldrich's smile freezes.

"You're right about that, Mr. Wayne, but a robot isn't always reliable" he said.

This bastard really wants my vibranium, I don't know why A.I.M. is so interested but it can't be good.

So I just say:

"I'll think about it"

Aldrich nods his head and says:

"Alright, I'll wait for your call when you've decided"

I raise my eyebrow at his quick response.

It seems there is more than I thought.

The Pacific Vista Laboratories representative approaches and says:

"Our business here is very different from Omnitech, we wish to purchase the Sentinel blueprint developed by Miss Riri Williams"

"And to know if we can invite Miss Riri Williams for a visit to our corporation and give her an invitation to join"

When he finished speaking, I finally understood what they really wanted.

They wanted Riri. With a fake smile on my face, I say:

"Alright, I'll tell her, you can leave"

The representative quickly says:

"I'd like to personally extend the invitation to Miss Williams"

Just as I was about to answer, the office door is opened. The one who did it is Riri Williams who when entering she says:

"I'm not interested, besides I won't sell my creations"

The representative's face darkens.

"I understand, then we don't have any business to attend to so we'll go, I hope to see you in the future" the representative said.

Aldrich says nothing.

They quickly left.

Seeing them leave, Riri says to me:

"They do have a lot of ambition, try to buy my creations"

Patting her head, I say:

"Girl, don't be shameless, the Sentinels are not entirely your creation"

The girl just sticks her tongue out at me.

While teasing the girl, I was thinking about what the A.I.M. members intended to do.

I know it's a technology organization and they even created a Cosmic Cube.

In Aldrich's helicopter

Aldrich is currently talking on the cell phone.

"So they didn't accept?" the person on the other end of the line asked.

"No sir, the girl personally refused" Aldrich answered.

"Let's not worry about that for the moment"

"Take care of Extremis and Iron Man matters, then return to base"

Ending the call, Aldrich remained thoughtful.
