Chapter 612: Bitterly Scolded

It was in Henry Russell's car, thinking about tonight's party – he finally had a chance to accompany Charlotte Cooper. The thought alone was enough to make the corner of his lips curl up in an uncontrollable smile.

The assistant, sitting in the front passenger seat, glanced at the schedule in front of him and thought about saying something to his president. However, seeing the faint smile on his boss's face in the rearview mirror, he couldn't bring himself to interrupt.

He sighed softly. If sitting alone in the car made him feel this tortured, being with two people would probably be unbearable.

They quickly arrived home.

"Mr. Russell, we're here." The assistant noticed that Henry hadn't reacted yet, so he finally plucked up the courage and spoke to him.

Henry came to his senses; the usual chill in his eyes vanished without a trace, replaced by peaceful affection.
