Chapter 363: Sophia Taylor's Malice

Sophia Taylor returned to the film crew still in a daze, her mind replaying the frightening scene she had just witnessed, the memory causing her body to tremble uncontrollably. Fortunately, her excellent acting skills prevented anyone from discovering her secret.

"Sophia, where have you been? The director's been looking for you," someone asked as they pushed Sophia gently, talking into her ear.

"Sorry, Director. I was just thinking about how to portray my character in the script and got lost in thought. Please don't hold it against me." Sophia apologized politely.

The director, seeing Sophia's cooperative attitude, couldn't find much to criticize her for, and advised her to study the script more closely. He then went off to find Charlotte Cooper.

"What's wrong with you? You've been in a daze the whole afternoon?" asked Sophia's manager, frowning.

Sophia didn't want to talk about it: "I'm fine, just haven't been getting much rest recently."
