Chapter – 192 (Final Battle Begins(Part - 5))

Blackish-Red translucent lightning accumulated within the clouds. Then one of the bolts of that lightning rushed towards Primis with an astounding speed. Lightning already contained a great speed, however, with spatial power into mix increased it further. It reached Primis in an instant and struck him. No to be more precise, passed through him.
Lin Dong opened his eyes wide when he realized that it was just Primis's afterimage. He didn't hesitate and took out nine treasures. Those nine treasures then joined together and transformed into an ancient seven colored spear. A terrifying force was flowing across the body of the spear. He grabbed that seven colored spear and turned before attacking.

Lin Dong: !!!!!!!!
The clash between the seven colored spear and Elucidator pushed Lin Dong few steps back. His expression turned grave as he looked at Primis who was standing on his previous spot with his eyes closed. He can tell that not only Primis could see everything but also his magic was not being sucked by the devouring world.
It's true that Primis magic was not being sucked but his situation was still delicate. Even if he can prevent his magic from being sucked by this world, he can't recover it once he used up his reserve. Hence, he decided to put his focus more on physical attacks then magical ones. He then moved.

Both of them were clashing with each other with their weapons. They dodge, parry, deflect, stab, and so on. Primis would have gotten upper hand since his swordsmanship was superior. Nevertheless, the result was always tie. Why? Because those Blackish-red clouds kept on releasing lightning bolt on Primis constantly even when he was fighting with Lin Dong. On top of that, he can't recover his magic. That's why they both appeared equal.
Primis still remain indifferent witnessing this. That's because he could tell that Lin Dong had to give his all to be able to remain in tie with him. And with the consumption of using Devouring World and that Lightning Cloud, he would be the one to tier himself out first.
Lin Dong also realized that and was now thinking his next course of action. Elucidator came from above his head, seven-colored spear stopped it.

And before the force behind Elucidator could push him back, Lin Dong changed the direction of his spear and parried it to the right. Since the force wasn't nullified, Primis also moved towards right with Elucidator. Now Lin Dong was behind Primis. He attacked Primis unguarded back with his spear. By this time, even one of the blackish-red translucent lightning bolts also attacked. Though just when both attacks were about to hit him, Primis moved his body even more towards right.

Both attacks missed at the last moment. Now it was Primis turn to look at Lin Dong unguarded back. Still, he didn't get to attack as more and more lightning bolt rushed towards him. So, he had no choice but to maintain some distance. Primis who still had his eyes closed looked at Lin Dong in distance. His breathing had become somewhat heavy from fighting for so long with against.
On the contrary, Primis was still as fine as he was before. He needed to use almost negligible amount of magic if he was only using it to maintain his Enhanced Mode. So, even if he won't recover his magic, he could still go on like this for years without much problem.
Lin Dong now floated towards the blackish-red clouds. As if understanding action, all the thunder started to flow into the clouds rapidly. Soon all the thunder condensed inside the clouds. Now even if the clouds became silent, you could still see the light emitted by the clouds but not sound. Lin Dong looked at clouds and then let go of his seven-colored spear.
The Seven-colored spear hover under the clouds. The light of the spear intensified, and it absorbed all the blackish-red clouds inside.

Now the entire spear was covered in extremely condensed blackish-red translucent lighting. Lin Dong grabbed it one hand. Even though the entire spear was covered in lighting, it didn't hurt Lin Dong's hand one bit. Next, he pulled the spear back in a throwing motion. He looked at Primis very serious before opening his mouth.
Lin Dong: Lightning Emperor Divine Spear.

Then he threw it at Primis. Spear rushed towards Primis at an extreme speed. The space all around was completely locked so that Primis can't use space power. The size of this lightning spear kept on increasing at it was approaching Primis. Primis senses were sealed in this world, but he can still somehow feel the temperature increasing around him.
Primis then took a deep sigh and took a stance. He folded his arm with the Elucidator towards his shoulder. He then twisted his body to the right. Magic started to gather in Elucidator. Primis didn't want to use high magic consumption skill before, however he can tell that Lin Dong had put his all in that spear. So, this world will break after this attack anyway.
By the time, Primis was ready, Spear was already in front of him. Primis gripped the handle of his Elucidator tightly and pushed it forward.
'Primis: Vorpal Strike.'
Both the "Lightning Emperor Divine Spear" and "Vorpal Strike" collided.

ROAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Roar of the lightning sounded as it was clashing with the 'Vorpal Strike'. Both were trying to overpower each other.

Sparks of the lightning were falling all around destroying the area. Cracks had also started to appear on the ground under Primis feet.

Lin Dong punched his chest at his moment and his blood essence came out his mouth. That blood essence then fell on the spear which made it shine even more. The Blackish-red translucent lightning covering it became even more stronger and violent. It then started to push Elucidator back. Primis narrowed his eyes slightly before putting even more magic into his Elucidator.

One-by-one cracks started to appear in the Devouring World. It won't hold for much longer. Yet, neither were looking at it. All their attention was on overpowering each other.

Lin Dong punched his chest again and spit more of his blood essence which again merged with his spear and increased its power further. Primis also put more power into his Elucidator to prevent the spear from overpowering him.

More and more cracks started to form. Primis this time put even more magic in his attack and started to push the spear back slowly and slowly. Lin Dong expression became even more solemn as he had to move back.

He tried to use his blood essence again to increase the power but this time it was to no vail. This spear just kept on pushing back. And in the end, Primis win.

Spear was blown away and his attack kept on moving towards Lin Dong. Still, it didn't hit him but rushed past his head and hit the Devouring World. The world which was already on the brink of collapse couldn't handle it and shattered like a glass.
Lin Dong didn't turn to look at the world. This attention was completely on Primis.

As the fragments of world fell on the ground, the world again became colorful. Primis finally opened his eyes and looked at pale faced Lin Dong. His magic has also started to recover after the destruction of the Devouring World. Lin Dong took a deep sigh and opened his mouth.
Lin Dong: Why did Senior changed the direction of his attack at the last moment? If Senior wanted, then he could have ended me that time.
Primis remained silent for some time before speaking.
Primis: You don't have any will to live, do you?
Lin Dong: Of Course. Since I ready to put my life on the line to stop----
Primis: Not that.
Lin Dong: Huh?
Primis: Your will to live died a long time ago. To the current you, death is just a salvation.

Lin Dong remained silent. Then a weak smile appeared on his face.

Lin Dong stunned hearing Primis words before getting rid of his weak smile. A determined look appeared on his face.
Lin Dong: Yes. You're right. Then be ready Senior. My next attack will be my strongest and the last.
Primis: Come then.
Lin Dong concentrated, and eight lights shot out of his body. The lights hoar in front of him and one-by-one their appearance could be seen. They were the eight symbols. Each had different meaning. Flame, Darkness, Primal, Thunderbolt, Ice, Life Death, Spatial, and Devour. All eight Ancestral Symbols made their appearance altogether.
The power of all these eight Ancestral Symbols strengthened each other. Next all these Eight Ancestral Symbols started to merge with each other slowly and slowly. One they were done, they condensed into a giant eye. That giant eye was covered with countless mysterious and obscure ruins. It was as if it could devour souls.
Primis who was looking at it held the handle of Elucidator tightly. Magic started to condense into it. As more and more magic gathered, Elucidator started to shine more and more. Magic from all around the atmosphere rushed into the Elucidator. It was like a vortex with Primis in the center.
Primis and Lin Dong looked at each other. Understanding that both are ready. Then Lin Dong shouted.
Lin Dong: Eye of the Ancestral Symbol.
With his shout, the closed eye of the Ancestral Symbol opened. A Beam of chaotic light condensed with the power of the eight Ancestral Symbol shot out. Once that light was released, all the area dimmed. It appeared that it was the only light.

Seeing the light coming at him, Primis was also ready. He raised Elucidator high in the sky while grabbing its handle with his both hands. Then he pulled it back over his head. Elucidator stopped gathering any more magic as it started to shine.
Primis: Hex Rend.
Primis muttered slowly before making a slashing motion in front. Magic took the shape of a crescent moon as it was released from the tip of the Elucidator.

"Hex Rend" rushed forward to meet the beam released by the "Eye of Ancestral Symbol". Only these two attacks could be seen as they were about to collide. This was their strongest attack as the area around them already started to get destroy before they even met. And then...
KABOOM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
A giant mushroom of explosion rose in the sky. And a shockwave was released to a long distance.
