I did the only thing a man in my position could do, I grabbed my friend and forced him to enter the shop with me and hope for the best.

"Welcome to YamanakAAAAAAA!" Ino hid behind the counter, I guess that's a bad sign, I blew my opportunity before even getting one.

"Ino is everything ok?" an older feminine voice asked immediately.

"Yes mom, I just hurt myself with a thorn" she recovered fast to not scare her mother, she was nervous, there was a bit of pink in her cheeks, indicating embarrassment, her breathing was erratic, and her neck had a bit of sweat, either from work or nerves, her pupils were dilated, there was adrenaline being delivered by her system, she was ready to fight or run.

"Welcome to Yamanaka Flowers, I'm sorry for the outburst" She said, avoid to look into my eyes, "how can I help you?"she asked, with a blushing smile.

"Ken, my job here is done, I'll leave you alone, remember you own me a cup of Ichiraku's ramen" He said turning around to the exit, I don't know if that's one of his superpowers, but he knows how to the room.

"I just wanted to talk, about what happened yesterday" I said to her with resolution, her face was now completely red, and I bet mine was similar.

"A... about... yes-yesterday?" Her breathing was accelerating, if she doesn't control herself, she is going to hyperventilate.

"I wanted to apologize, I wasn't the one who shouted that" I said, trying to defuse the situation.

I need to get my crap together "I don't know you, so I can't say for sure if I like you, I just know you are pretty and some things Naruto told me" I said, my palms were sweaty, my face was burning, and now I'm the one with the erratic breathing, Ino on the other hand recovered her cheerful expression, she has a nice smile, and those pale green eyes, I could stare at them the full day, focus Kenji, quick say something before you look like a weirdo.

"I was wondering, i-if you wan-wanted to have a date with me?!" I raised my voice without shouting, closed my eyes, to deal with the embarrassment, and once again hoped for the best.
