Chapter 44

Now with the meeting with the Resistance Leader's done Alexander left it up to them to create a proper working Government that will represent the people, and they did just that.

The most influential people from Generals, to former politicians of the old Government and the new politicians who gathered support from among the people, all gathered to create a new government.

It took almost a week before things were finally decided. First they created a government that will have an elected monarch meaning that the King will be elected by the people and will serve for 10 years before he or she will either be replaced and or reelected.

The Elected King has a lot of authority over the planet and its people, but that authority is limited to prevent abuses of power. But Alexander wouldn't let anything happen anyway since he has a tight control over the planet.

Then there is the Council of Zakuul which is much like the republic Senate only they report to the King and their power is limited to prevent corruption.

The people of Zakuul all celebrated their freedom and new government by having a massive festival. All the people of the New Government joined in the festival and so did the newly elected King of Zakuul Zeli Null.

Alexander was invited to join as well which he did. And as he walked throughout the street's of one of the cities on Zakuul which wasn't damaged during the war he was constantly surrounded by people surprised to see him.

He didn't mind the attention and even talked to some of the people but eventually left to enjoy the rest of the festival.

He enjoyed some of the foods that the people cooked and some of the fun events that they had also. He didn't use his force power's so that he can enjoy himself instead of using the force to instantly win.

During this time he also spent time with all three of servant's Yrena, Yona, and Aina. It was nice to enjoy himself and relax with his servant's every once in a while, so they can grow closer together and not worry about protecting him.

He had them relax since he had around a dozen stealth droids watching him at all times so if anything happens he will be fine.

After spending a few hours walking around the city Alexander was invited by the new King to join them in the new Palace that was being built for the King. They were having their own little celebration with all the politician's and General's present.

Of course the Palace wasn't finished but since it was just an expansion of an old Governmental building it still had rooms and such to have a party.

Alexander accepted the invitation and proceeded to the New Palace to meet the First Elected King of Zakuul.

Upon arriving at the New Palace there were a lot of people outside, but Alexander ignored these people and walked into the New Palace.

Once inside he was greeted by some maids who escorted him to where the King was. The King was inside a massive decorated room as he was sitting down at the table with the highest ranking newly selected Generals.

He was discussing matters concerning the military of Zakuul and some other important things. That's when Alexander walked into the room which caused everybody to become quiet.

The Silence lasted only a few seconds before the Elected King of Zakuul came to greet him.

"Your Highness Alexander it's a pleasure to meet you my name is Zeli Null" Said the Elected King of Zakuul

"It's a pleasure to meet you King Null, and thank you for the invitation" Said Alexander as he shook King Nulls hand

"Please come sit down and eat and your servants can come as well" King Null had guided Alexander, Yrena, and Yona to the table he was sitting at and had the Palace maids bring some food to serve to Alexander.

Meanwhile, the High ranking Generals at the table had all started greeting Alexander and talking about the Establishment of the Zakuul Military force.

Eventually it turned into the Generals requesting a loan of weapons to their government, so they can start training a professional army.

Alexander didn't mind loaning him a few thousand weapons since they will owe him a favor. So he accepted their request and would leave Yona to discuss the details of the deal.

King Null was shaking his head since he wanted to have a regular conversation with Alexander, but the Generals took over and started talking about military matters. Which he didn't mind since right now it was an important topic.

The Conversation between the Generals and Alexander lasted so long that the food had arrived. Alexander didn't eat himself even though he was more than capable to do so, instead Yrena had started to feed him herself.

She did this because she wanted to show the people in the Government how the life of an Emperor is and also because she wanted to try it.

And she must say that the joy she got from it was exceptional.

The people around them could only look in awe as the Emperor was being spoiled by his own servant.
