17. Irawan's Cunning

Finally Zee arrived at Asyifa's clinic safely after Irawan took her in a Pajero which was driven directly by Irawan, while Zee's automatic motorbike was taken by Irawan's men and escorted to Asyifa's clinic. There was no other choice but to follow all of Irawan's orders. All because she didn't want to be close to a man who didn't have any relationship with her. So far, Zee has always kept herself from socializing with the opposite sex. Not because she doesn't like the opposite sex, but purely because she wants to keep her chastity.

Arriving at the Asyifa clinic, Zee and Irawan were shocked by the incident where Afzal got angry and asked to meet the clinic owner. The man rebelled to get out of the clinic because he felt he was getting better and had to finish some events. Afzal argued that he did not want to leave his company for too long. He also wanted to find his savior. A woman who herself has not memorized the characteristics.

"Doctor, thank God the doctor came soon. We are dizzy with patients in VIP class.. Afzal got angry and he asked to meet the owner of this clinic. What should we do so that he doesn't continue his actions here doctor?"

Zee looked at Irawan who was now also looking at her as if asking for an explanation about the patient who was in the VIP. There is something that makes Irawan intrigued to know the problems at Assyifa's clinic so far. Without waiting for confirmation from Zee, Irawan stepped into the VIP room following Zee's men who walked first.

Arriving at Afzal's treatment room, Dr. Irawan then approached the man who was now sitting on the patient's bed while looking out. Seeing Irawan's presence, Afzal was stunned. In his heart he was sure that the man who had now come to him was the owner of the clinic. He wanted to find information regarding the disappearance of the personal items that were with him at this time, including the chip that was fought over by several people with similar interests.

"Are you the owner of this clinic? Tell me where are the valuables that were in my trouser pocket when I entered the clinic. The mugging incident made me completely lose consciousness. Now I can remember what was in my trouser pocket when I was attacked by the enemy. I have two valuable chips that have a database of a large company and also a cell phone and a wallet containing several ID cards and ATM cards. Everything is lost because I'm sure your subordinate, Doctor Lia, took it. Tell her I didn't like it at all when she committed the theft. I will take revenge and report the crime to the authorities. Of course when she didn't want to give up all my possessions. I'll stop reporting if she's willing to give it all to me.

Irawan looked at Zee who was still stunned to hear what Afzal said. He did not believe the accusations made by Afzal to Zee, but he would not pause Afzal's conversation by asking questions or rejecting the statement he made.

"How can I confirm that my men are the only thieves you suspect? Do you have any evidence or witnesses that can lead me to believe that the allegations against her are true? If you can present a witness, I will help you look for the object, but when you just accuse her with no basis at all, then don't even think that I will comply with all your requests."

"You just ask her. She will answer everything clearly. That is if she is an honest woman. if she's another human being, it's self-interest. I'm sure she'll never admit to what she's done. Especially in front of a boss like you. You can check her private room or whatever the place is so you can find the things I mentioned earlier. I will reward anyone if I can bring back all my treasures."

Irawan looked at Zee who was now clenching her jaw while clenching her fists. Irawan actually knew that Zee was upset about Afzal's accusations, but he couldn't say much. He knew Zee must have had other reasons if he did everything he was accused of.

"Is what he said true?"

Zee let out a ragged breath. She was not sure that Irawan believed all of Afzal's words easily.

"Do I have the look of a thief? You even know me well, yet why would you prefer to trust him over trusting me?"

Zee stepped out of Afzal's treatment room. Irawan and Afzal looked at each other. They shook their heads seeing Zee's arrogant attitude and it was beyond Afzal's expectations.

Irawan looked at Afzal who was still looking at Zee with hatred. This made Irawan smile. He is sure that Afzal is not a rival who will take Zee away from him so this time he is eager to support all of Afzal's actions, of course by stealth.

Irawan smiled seeing Afzal who was still grumbling in his place when he saw Zee leaving him without solving the problem. Irawan wants to make Afzal and Zee hate each other even more so that they don't love each other because for Irawan, Afzal is an extraordinary young man who might be able to make Zee's heart fall in love with him. There are some things that are not owned by any man, such as in Afzal. Irawan's unusual handsomeness and other charms were felt by Irawan when he saw the man.

Seeing Irawan smile, Afzal frowned trying to analyze what was going on in Irawan's mind.

"Why are you smiling at yourself like that? Is there something strange about me and the girl arguing? Don't tell me you're her lover who will defend her in front of me because I absolutely won't believe that she is a good girl."

Irawan just shook his head. He was really happy when someone else judged her with bad judgment because he was sure that the man would not be his fierce rival. In his heart he promised to keep Zee away from Afzal.

"I smiled to myself because I found an intelligent man like you who was able to judge a woman like that girl. If you feel that your belongings were taken by her, that's not true, but from now on be careful with her. She has an extraordinary ability that will make anyone who sees her fall in love with her."

"Do you think she is a shaman capable of conquering men's hearts? Don't expect me to be subdued because just looking at it I don't want to at all."

"It's good that it's like that. I hope your feelings will always be like that for her forever. Let her be a selfish and arrogant woman. Her selfishness will lead her to endless regrets."

Afzal and Irawan continued the conversation, regarding all of Afzal's complaints and some of his health problems. Several people who heard Afzal and Irawan conversation looked at each other, but they did not dare to comment at all.
