Chapter 109: Date 2

Maika Sakuranomiya had a fairly slim figure, pale skin, purple eyes, and purple-black hair tied in low twin tails. She was wearing a cute pink maid uniform with above knees skirt and a half apron. She also had above-knee-length socks, just like Isuzu.

"Kanie-kun, is that really you?" The short girl asked Seiya.

"Yup. Long time no see, Sakuranomiya-san." Seiya smiled and waved his hand.

"Ooo, I thought you left the country to study abroad….!" Maika asked.

"Ah, haha, it's… not the case." Seiya didn't know how to reply.

As the two conversed, Isuzu pinched Seiya's waist and glared at him while her hand was reaching her skirt.

Seiya realized he was so focused on talking with Maika that he forgot his new girlfriend, Isuzu Sento.

"Oh, Isuzu-chan, I should introduce you. She is Maika Sakuranomiya, my desk mate from the first year of my previous school." Seiya said, pointing at the short-haired girl. He used the word 'desk mate' since he wasn't sure if Maika considered him a friend. Although she was a sweet girl and wouldn't mind being friends with Seiya, the problem lies with the man since he was just terrible in the first year of high school.

"And Sakuranomiya-san, she is Isuzu Sento, my girlfriend." Seiya said and winked at Isuzu, "My future wife~."

Isuzu blushed a little but didn't try to deny Seiya's claim to be open in a relationship. Unlike before, where Isuzu would get embarrassed about even talking about this, this Isuzu Sento wanted everyone (mostly unwanted girls) to know that she was Seiya's girlfriend, although a second and third future wife after Utaha and Latifa.

"I-I am sorry! I shouldn't have gotten close to Kanie-kun….!" Maika apologized with a flushed face, bowing 90 degrees. She was embarrassed that she overlooked the epitome of beauty besides Seiya. "Hehe, likewise. I am Maika Sakuranomiya, a second year student. Oh, right!" Maika said and then thought about something. Her eyes turned grim, giving a menacing look as she spoke, "Why don't you come inside."

Isuzu was baffled. She thought Maika was a sweet girl from her lovely voice and innocent nature, but the look on Maika's face said something else. It was like Maika was saying, 'Yeah, come inside, then I will deal with you, bit*h.'

However, seeing Seiya unfathomed by Maika's stern look, Isuzu decided just quietly to follow Seiya. She still had her muskets fully loaded, and she was much stronger than before, so she didn't see a point in facing any danger.

Seiya and Isuzu went inside the cafe and sat down. Isuzu ordered a chocolate shake while Seiya went with a coffee.

Maika came with the order and placed the food on the table. She also looked with the same sadistic stare and spoke with a smile, "Now eat."

Was Maika trying to pick a fight? Isuzu had enough of it. She was about to open her mouth when Seiya laughed.

"Haha, the role of a sadistic girl suits Sakuranomiya-san. Your eyes get scary whenever you try to smile." Seiya smiled.

"W-what?! I am not sadistic… wait, how do you know the role I am supposed to play?!" Maika was embarrassed but then asked how Seiya could guess Maika's role when she joined a few days ago?

"Role?" Isuzu also raised her brow.

"Well, as a knowledgeable person, I naturally noticed your role," Seiya shrugged his shoulders and spoke. He then explained to Isuzu, "Like theme parks, many cafes in Japan also have themes like maid café. This café also has its theme where the waitress plays different roles like anime girls. For example, Sakuranomiya-san should be playing the role of sadistic girl whereas the blond girl over there is playing the tsundere girl and the short one is playing the little sister role."

Although Seiya could shove off by saying that he has researched this place online, his source of knowledge was from his previous world.

Blend S was a slice-of-life comedy anime that Seiya had watched in his previous life, so he could naturally know the roles and theme of this unique café.

While driving around the prefecture, Seiya accidentally saw the name of the café, and putting some force on his memory; he remembered the fun anime he had watched.

Surprisingly the main protagonist Maika Sakuranomiya also became Seiya's schoolmate.

Maika was Seiya's desk mate in the first year. In the beginning, he was scared of Maika since her eyes had a look like she was constantly planning a murder, but it was just her nature to glance so forcefully whenever she tried to smile. The predecessor Seiya wasn't dense, so he stopped getting freaked out by her looks, and they began to hold a normal conversation.

Seiya would have come to the café to meet Maika if not for his horrible experience in the first year.

"Why didn't you say so when we first came here?" Isuzu asked, annoyed that she was about to confront the little girl without knowing the whole story. Isuzu was oblivious to many things in japan. She knew about maid café, but it was her first time hearing about anime girl café with different anime roles.

"I was… waiting for the right moment," Seiya said with a wry smile. Nope, he just wanted to tease Isuzu, but Seiya couldn't say that out loud, or the girl would take out her guns.

Like Utaha, Isuzu also changed where the former became wicked while the latter became possessive. Although Isuzu was his third girl, she was reluctant to let other girls enter Seiya's harem.

If Seiya were to become a person who would bang anything with a hole, Isuzu would be the first to make holes in Seiya to force him to get to his senses.

Isuzu raised a brow, unconvinced by Seiya's remark.

"Anyway, are you still pursuing your dream to study abroad, Sakuranomiya-san?" Seiya asked Maika to change the topic.

"Hai! I want to earn money and study abroad~!" Maika replied but asked, "Wait, how did you know so much about me?"

Her dream was to study abroad someday, but hardly many people knew about it. Was Seiya omniscient, or was he stalking Maika? She wanted to know.

"Yeah, I am also curious how *my* boyfriend knows so much about just a school deskmate?" Isuzu also asked with her fingers crossed around her lips as she glanced at Seiya with suspicion as if she was asking, 'Come on, boy, spill the beans.'

"Sakuranomiya-san, I don't know if you remember, but you used to read a lot of pamphlets about foreign schools during your time in class."

"Oh, I see now. Hehe, sorry to ask about it since I was rude." Maika smiled wryly with a menacing look. "I cannot believe I was suspecting an old friend; how pathetic."

"Haha, don't sweat yourself Sakuranomiya-san. I didn't explain in the first place. My memory is just good." Seiya laughed but then asked, "Say, Sakuranomiya-san. I am starting my own game company. I will be short on staff, so do you mind working for me?"

"Eh? Eeeh?!" Maika was stupefied by being offered a job when she had just started working for the café, but they all heard a scream before she could respond.

"WAIT FOR A SECOND!"

It was a tall man with blond hair, wearing a chef uniform. The man looked at Seiya and spoke, "I, Dino Roma, have been bearing for quite a long time but not anymore. You can't take Maika-chan away from here?!"

Seiya knew the man, the second protagonist of the anime Bland S but being looked down on by someone; he wasn't going to stay silent. He also stood from his seat and asked, "What gives you the right to refuse on Sakuranomiya-san's behalf?"

"Because I like her!" Dino put his hand on his chest and confessed.

"Eh?" Not only Maika but Isuzu was also confused. Seiya inwardly smiled as he knew the fun was about to get started.
