A General's Apology

Frank Silver was frozen for a bit, torn between the thought of believing the Luna's words and the memories of his few close calls with the Rogue King's Generals.

Of course, he had his suspicions. After watching the royal put his life on the line for the Rogue General, only a few explanations could come up. The two were probably mates.

Beyond that, the possibilities were endless.

In the heavily fortified cell, a couple could be seen—a woman, who was already awake and seated beside a sleeping man.

The two were covered in so much dirt that it was impossible to discern what their clothes could have looked like when they were clean.

"The door, please," Katie's voice snapped the Frank's back to reality.

The Mighty Warrior stared at the girl like she was crazy. Their eyes had a short vicious conversation before he gave up and started checking through the keys he'd come with, grumbling, "You've been quite bossy since you returned."
