The last straw

Erin was given a surprising visit by Andrei the next day. It seemed reluctant to tell him anything until they were both left alone in the garden to talk.

"How are you been holding up?"

"I guess he already told about the break-up." he let out a dry laugh after. "I'm fine I guess, I just need some time to process some things."

At one glance, he knew that Andrei didn't only come there to ask if he's okay.

"Is there something else you want to tell me?"

It began to clear its throat first.

"I don't really know how to tell you this. But I guess, you haven't heard of the news yet,"

Erin began to straighten his back. Here it goes. As much as he hates to face more problems at the moment. He can't simply run away from it. Especially if others are involved.

"It's about Reese's family,"
