Al tried to find the source of the noise which to him sounded like the muffled sound of a door opening, but his baby self was too weak and undeveloped to do so. Hell, he couldn't even blink his eyes properly, let along move his neck.
Just then, he felt something rough yet sturdy touch him as he was lifted up.

It was a part of the information he received. The card was something like a newbie gift every time he goes to a different world. And yes, he would be 'reincarnating' in different worlds after he was done with his previous one as a baby. Of course, he would keep all his skills, and after he grows up, he would be able to call all those with Max Relation with him to those worlds too.
But it doesn't change the fact that for the first few years at least, he would be a helpless baby in all those worlds. Thus, the card was similar to a safety device to get a 'parent', so to speak. Of course, if he was adopted by a suitable parent, he would be able to save the card.
'Anyway, it doesn't matter for now. Other worlds are still far away for me.'
Al didn't think too much about the problem. For now, he had more important things to do.

The issue of safety was nearly solved. With a Titled Douluo in the village, what more could he be worried about?
Not to mention, as long as he didn't change the plot too much, the village would be perfectly fine for the next 12 years, all the way till Tang San visits it one last time before going to Shrek Academy.
